(just general awareness) I have not fought any since I dont play online since it's not GGPO. tourney was godlike and everyone should have gone (i hope cookie etc are enjoying animefest though) blaze was hype, marvel was fucking hype(muchh better than evo finals imo), sf4 was hype, and even mk9 finals were pretty hype also, i did much better against nash/chickzama this time, though i got dp'd a fucking ton by nash.(and when i baited them i fucked up the inputs, like doing dash 6a instead of dash 2a whiff block >_< ) this is good since i was actually considering quitting fighters if i wasnt getting any better, but i'm getting better even if my reactions are shit, so.. but yeah, tbf5 was awesome as usual.

uhh im not exactly well experienced with kof13 but terry for sure, probably iori too possibly mai in xiii since she doesnt have the walldive stuff anymore but has great normals, so she's straightfoward there are other characters who rushdown and have good oki but im not sure if i would particularly recommend any for someone new? i don't think its that big of a deal though. i feel like there's not as many weird characters in xiii as there were in 2002(simply because the cast is half 2002's and so the "have-to-have" standard guys are a higher % of the cast) so it's not like there's 20 nonstandard characters who you may want to avoid

because you need to understand this: there's a difference between "going against the tide and stating an opinion you think is right" and barging in and telling everyone they have no reason to be hype just because. Someone who didnt like Examu could have barged in on the Aquapazza thread and told people there's no reason to give a shit or be hype because of their preference, and that wouldn't be acceptable. same goes for someone who doesnt like umineko or fk digital or something. it's one thing to say "I don't think this game is designed well" or "This company has a bad history" or "this company has no history", but that's different from "Ugh you have no reason to be hype here's my opinion you're stupid for not having my opinion" and saying silly stuff like "THIS THREAD HAS SO MANY "USELESS" POSTS" as if you've never posted in other threads like that or made such posts yourselves. nothing about mlp makes it look legit. nobody can judge that yet because it is fucking alpha and has no announced system mechanics. it is literally impossible to objectively call it legit.

sorry i am very busy so i didnt read a bunch of posts i shuold have I have planned that this weekend and next weekend are clear for me, but I dunno about the weekend after. It really hinges on classes..and going to arkansas is a big commitment of time for me due to college. If i had only like 3 classes, i could probably just say yes.
