No, that would not ever work. jD > jump cancel c (whichever interpretation, either 5C or jC) would not work, unless you mean web nail, in which case it wouldn't work at the second 6C jD, if memory serves. And even if it did, the second 2B 623B wouldn't work because of the time system, and everything after daifunka would blackbeat too, 2A to 5B, 5B to jA, jA to jA, jA to jB, and so on.
However, in CS, that would almost work. You just have to replace the first 2B 623B with 2B j623B to avoid the steep loop proration, and after daifunka the combo isn't going to work.
