That is remarkably early for a tournament day to finish.. I would lobby for the 2 day event, and I could even see if my house could be used for epic hangouts (Pool, Jacuzzi, view, barbeque) given enough time heads up. Carl -has- to be strongly in the lead on that matchup. The one thing Tager has going for him is he can turtle a little bit at no penalty, assuming his blocking is on point.

Eh that's fair enough juice. You're right.

You can still have safe-jump scenarios, and it's wise to know when it has happened. If I'm falling in at X time and they're getting up at Y perfect time you can abuse the fact that your jump is safe for mix up. Even better, if your opponent knows your jump is safe and is good, chances are he's blocking high and not jumping, so you can land then instant low, or command grab. There are safe jump moments even in BB, especially when you end up in the corner.

Just being honest. While I would personally take a 100 dollar MM with most players, I doubt there are many who would accept. And honestly I'm in the same position you're in, but I have ONE dollar in the bank right now.

It had Ara in C, and the most recent list from Japan I've seen had him in A. That's pretty big. And in CS, I consider C low tier, because when a character is C tier in this game they have 65-35's with every good character, usually.
