Yup, it links. You can't do enma off A's, but you can do A -> gurren -> enma. Not recommended in CT, but in CS it's a good combo, though you replace gurren with renka(1). Off jab I prefer going for either 3c or tick throw. I condition them to 3c, then do TK Tsubaki after a jab instead. Mix it up, and they get scared. Do all these TK combos also apply to hop Tsubaki? Neat, lots of info and fast responses. Keep up the good work Haku players. Yes, they apply to hop. In fact, it's harder to do them off TK since you risk being a little bit too high. But just do TK fast and the 5c will link.

Leonil_Requiem Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 j.B+C > j.B > land > 5C > 214B (1 hit) > 623AA > jc > j.C > land > 5C > 2B For the rare occations i do this combo, i cancel the 2B into > 623A since they have to tech in the air and keeps me close, on the ground, and gaining distance safely. j.214C > land > 2B > 236A > haku-hop > 5A > jc > j.A then i let them tech and meaty air throw them, air to air haku has one of the best options and moves selection list two choose from.

psycofang2 Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 whats a good destructive mag combo for hakumen? also one or two for mugen? well... 1) mag waste combo : CH gurren or renka(1 hit)>zantetsu>5c>gurren>kishuu>2c>j.2c 2) CH falling j.c>zantetsu>gurren>kishuu>2c>j.2c>AD>hotaru>jump>grab/j.2c mugen oh god... mugen changes some attack properties like for example: zantetsu if you hit anyone with this the second blow gives the enemy an automatic quick tech. so you have to cancel all your attacks safely and reasonably. unless your me : air CH gurren>kishuu>gurren>kishuu>gurren>kishuu>gurren>kishuu>gurren>kishuu just for kicks otherwise you could do: CH renka(1hit)>zantetsu(1 hit to be safe)>gurren>6C>shipuu or CH renka(1hit)>zantetsu(1 hit to be safe)>gurren>kishuu>2C>jump>grab (believe 5b causes them to be able to tech) but thats all i got. sorry but honestly try to max damage for minimal mags. one day...ASW will make hakumens shit free...then we move to stage two of our plan >

You can do: -> 5c -> enma -> f.C combo (4.2k, 2s) -> renka(1)-Zan -> 5c -> enma -> f.C combo (~8.5k, 7s) Do gurren if you're too far out. These two combos are the best mid-screen damage/star output you can get, nearly regardless of normal starter. Mugen, I like: [Renka(1)-Zan -> Gurren -> Kishuu -> 5c] xN to push to corner. Then: [Renka(1)-Zan(1) -> Enma -> TK Tsubaki -> 5c] xN -> Shippu finisher.

It's all around better out side of the difficulty of comboing afterwards, but that's player related. Regardless, 5B Zangetsu is a waste of mag in comparison to 5B > 623AA > falling j.C combo @mac - TK with 9 on some characters to make it easier
Postulio Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 hey...hakumen noob here... im having trouble finishing off the moves that end with the variations of.....623A~A, j.C, land 2C, j.2C, air dash j.2C its cause after the first j.2C and the air dash....i can only get the second j.2C to hit about 1 every 10 tries. and i dont know why.... i thought i had the falling j.C in good timing.....but does anyone know if im doing something wrong? sorry if i seem vague *edit* ....just now realized the post above me was talkin about it :P....
