But dead horses are fun to beat. i know this police stable by rouge park, erhem! erhem! it just feels so lopsided with the tager match up's but i do agree that most the cast have a slight advantage over him.

Which is why I said we need to get you in tourneys so you can whoop ass enough to become notable offline--then have an opinion. Or you can hope for a top player (preferably a Tager main) to agree with you.

Really? :3 But seriously, get good enough at tourneys, should your opinion remain unwavered in the wake of your experience, you can get some credible word of mouth. But then you'll have to keep proving it, with a growing community, some things may change because of a new loop, combo, tech trap, etc.

If this is truly the most recent matchup chart for CS... Arakune has equal matchups against Tager and Rachel? And a 6.0 vs. Carl? What? There are other stuff that I noticed but these just stood out to me first.

It's pretty solid it seems, so if you were looking for a BBCT match-up chart, the one here is still good to use. For BBCS, I've seen that thread that dehumanizer posted, and I've written up another chart using it as a base. I'm not sure if I should make a new thread or if I should just add it to this thread.

The balance in this game is wierd, from all accounts, Tager should be the worst char in the game, but as we all know, he does insane damage, and has outright won several tournaments, if anything, I belive that indicates just how close the tiers really are in this game. (I mean yeah, Nu/Tager is a crazy match up, but we have all seen Tagers topple Nu at top level play time and time again) I dont think I can recall a time when the "gutter" tier character has been so very all over the map when it come to player opinion, heck, alot of people think Tager is god tier (I laugh everytime, but on that same note, I kinda smile too, cause he sure can lay the smack right down ;p) I mean, think of it this way, you know how Kuroda (Japanese 3S player) uses Q and rips tourneys up? Thats a big deal because Q is one of the "worst" characters in the game, now, imagine if there were like 20 more constant Q players that were outright winning big tourneys with Q, THAT is what the Tager situation seems like to me in BBCT, its a case of the "worst" char not really being that bad at all, he can utterly destroy most chars off 2 mistakes, or 1 mistake and a well placed burst followed up right. (BTW, AWESOME AV man, I would kill for one like that with a Canadian flag instead of US...)

Match-up charts don't include a person's ability to overcome disadvantages and obstacles, it only displays what those disadvantages and obstacles are. Mechanically speaking, Tager is the worst character in BBCT because other characters just have better tools than him to fight. This doesn't mean Tager himself is a bad character, he's only the worst relative to the other characters; nor does this mean that a person couldn't use Tager to win with, it's just harder than if you used a better character.

A 4-6 match up vs a 3.5-6.5 match up is hardly within the realm of "inconsistent".

I was under the impression that while Arakune's approach was nerfed, the bugs are still a big threat to Tager because of GIGANTIC HITBOX. Plus you can't sledge through clounds anymore and it seems getting curse on Tager is easier now. Is it 5-5 because of magnetism? I was expecting a 6-4 in Ara's favor or something. And what about Rachel?
