He just took the original chart and averaged out any disagreements. Also, if you subtract Hazama and Tsubaki from the chart Bang is only 90 above balanced, the exact same score Rachel received in CT. For Litchi, she ends up being at 75, exactly what Arakune had in CT. Yeah, that is overpowered, but is that truly ridiculous. At most I would consider Bang and Litchi to be S tier. Godtier is simply absurd. Especially when you compare Bang and Litchi's strengths to God tiers in other games (ie: Jojo's, MvC2, ST, etc.). I still believe that Bang and Litchi are overpowered, but not so ridiculously overpowered that they dominate the cast. S tier = god tier. This is a standard in fighting games.

That's because unlike Bang Arakune has fucking hard combos (6A AID jA 2A 2A? what the FUCK?) and a bitch of a precurse game, with difficult to understand defensive options. Bang is just go go damage, I can do whatever the fuck I want to do it. But I promise you it's easy to see. 100% curse combos (one of which is off a 7 frame aerial, another off a jab if your opponent is cornered, another off anti air...) left and right, one hit kill combos in curse.

I havn't really fought a good CS arakune...but I like how they have changed him conception ally at least, and I doubt I will ever hate it as much as the frothing rage inducing CT arakune, because at least I can block. You're probably still in your fighting game diapers, waddling around with a heavy load stinking up your posts and thought process. Okay that was a little too much. Seriously though, you must be pretty new to the fighting game community because it's well established that S tier means God/top tier. It means those characters are the best in the game. They are god like for the game they are in. You can't compare top tier from other games just because that's just a rather absurd argument. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Yes, they are fruit, but they are completely different fruits. No one in CS or even CT are as stupid as top tier in Hokuto no Ken. To compare them would be stupid. Fuck if you want to be really stupid you can compare Ivan Ooze from Might Morphin Power Rangers Fighting Edition to CS's top tier, but that would make you look like even more of an idiot (hint: Ivan Ooze is considered SS+ tier and is banned, but he's still one tier away from S!). Yes, in comparison to CT's top tier, the top three in CS are a lot less frustrating to deal with, but they are stupid characters for different reasons. If you want to break down tier ranks into worded tiers, here you go. S - God/top A - High B - Mid C - Low D - Shit/bottom Below - Whatever you want to call it because these characters are pretty awful If you want to go higher into SS and SSS tier, the former pretty much means you don't even need to be very good to win with that character (basically has stupid spammable safe moves that cannot be countered in any way, has some crazy stupid bullshit damage, etc.), and the latter even more so (you could probably be a retarded chimp and still win). You're trying to argue semantics for what S tier means, even though it's pretty much widely accepted that S tier also means God tier. It's like trying to argue that Diablo 2 is a MMO because the term MMO is not defined, even though it is.
