zeth07 Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 All the characters mods should give their opinions and numbers for the match-up chart, then add in players who have won actual tournaments. When they go to post it, they should post everyone's name, all their numbers, and then post the averages for the match-up chart. Yea someone could still troll their numbers but at least we'll see who thinks what. Or just wait til Japan does it and stop discussing the tier list / match-up charts entirely since all of America doesn't matter by comparison.
seyu Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 also i got something on a matchup that i didnt see covered yet: the matchup for makoto vs. tao. i really cant see it in taos favor. ive fought a quite some matches against supposedly good taos and hardly ever lost a lagless fight. i dont ask anyone to trust me though so ill just give some arguments: makotos j.B beats taos drives air to air and CH jB leads into great combos. parry beats them ground to air and also leads into great combos. makotos got a DP for getting out of pressure. its not great, but it gets the rob done. taos very mobile, but every char has to deal with it, not just makoto. would be nice if someone whos got a name could support or contradict this(if its really neccesary, which i hope its not) p.s. obviously this is missing the perspective of a tao player. also: maybe nominating people could be a way to get a good group of people together to discuss the matter.

I'm not going to get some netplayer I don't know to do Noel... maybe Danny Scheme, but I'm not sure who he gets to play against up North. Nas never answers his damn texts. Tager... eh? Match up is 6-4 in Lambda's favor. Curse is just too good for it to be any worse. I know you scrubs just want to say it's 7-3 cause lolz swords and I can't auto-pilot my way into curse derpppp.

The idea that someone honestly thinks Arakune has a harder time with Jin than Lambda is insane and said persons needs to go live in an asylum with other crazies. 4-6 is just about expectable, if that really is your opinion.
