magz Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 did we get pics of that. if not why didn't we. iPhones have shitty cameras that don't work well in low-light conditions.
blk_mage Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 So Solex (Tanner) and I were thinking about heading down to SVGL tomorrow to play, maybe with some other friends if they wanted to come. Would anyone else be there?
qwerty Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 word on the skreets is that final showdown is coming out in june. hopefully we find out for sure through this interview. and if anyone ever wants to learn vf 1-on-1 over xbl or in person, holla.

Kijiyama Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Technical skill and ability http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27KMjJHYeiw#t=1m35s You mean a super that's like dizzy but isn't restricted by distance?
Aginor Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Technical skill and ability http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27KMjJHYeiw#t=1m35s Regular Mu should have that. Best super ever!
Arvoyea Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Technical skill and ability http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27KMjJHYeiw#t=1m35s I see no technical skill there sir. Just a buffed up super that killed poor Carl the moment it hit. ...I know it's a joke. (Is it? ) And why put on the op as the Bgm after the Mu/Carl match? It's so horrible, so corny, so generic anime....bs.
C0R Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Because playing BB doesn't automatically make you a weeaboo regardless of your musical tastes.
natearistata Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 AC>forward dash>2B is why normal Tager should be able to dash.
Arvoyea Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Because playing BB doesn't automatically make you a weeaboo regardless of your musical tastes. true. But Guilty Gear introduced me to Queen, so...
Adelheid Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Because playing BB doesn't automatically make you a weeaboo regardless of your musical tastes. You don't have to be a weeaboo, if you're a weeabro
vanfleihight Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 So I wanna start learning Guilty Gear but it seems like everybody's guide/forum is either half ass or incomplete.
STenSatsu Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Most of them have the basics, which character looked interesting?
vanfleihight Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 I'm interested in Millia at the moment. Half her guide just says WIP.
Dakanya Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 I'm interested in Millia at the moment. Half her guide just says WIP. http://gg.mizuumi.net/wiki/Millia_Rage
qwerty Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 millia? hope you're confident in your execution.
[TRM]tenkai-45i[xTF] Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 (edited) It's not that bad. It's more just going into training mode, pick Millia vs X, and seeing how much you need to delay moves/airdashes vs X character. I mained Millia for almost 2 years, so if you want me to show you some things, come down to SF and let's play at Rod's or something. Edited December 9, 2010 by [TRM]tenkai-45i[xTF]
qwerty Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 i was actually thinking about mixups rather than combos, but alright.
Shining Aquas Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 i was actually thinking about mixups rather than combos, but alright. I don't think you need to be a technical wizard to effectively trick people. You just need some imagination. Millia is just KD combo to corner, delayed green disc for oki (purple if you got tension), then just make shit up. If they got hit, you do another double airdash combo and start over. (Let it be known, I don't think Millia is easy to play and I know that's quite an oversimplification of how she plays.)
[TRM]tenkai-45i[xTF] Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Her mixup game is easier than her combos. You just have to know your options.
