Gravelneed Posted February 11, 2012 Posted February 11, 2012 So messing around in training mode the other day, I found out a funny way to be able to fully combo after Germinal. It's very impractical and prorates immensely, but it does work.

They are the equivalent to Unlimited characters in Blazblue which are banned in tournament play... The EX is just to differentiate between the two characters. They're far from being the equivalent to Unlimited characters. EX Kyo, EX Iori, and EX Mr.Karate are simply different styles the characters used to play as in older games. EX Kyo was basically Kyo from '96 till XI, and EX Iori was Iori until XII. They are strong characters, but not broken. Both versions of all of those characters have their pros and cons.

EX Iori's projectile has a long recovery. It's highly punishable OR can just be plain out-zoned by 90% of the cast members that have a projectile. Lol at DP spam because DPs are so good in KoF (not). The cases are no where near correct. For starters KOF13 console is its own game, so its allow to make any rule set they want because their no standard to match with. So far after extension study the ex and console exclusive character see tamed. While Unlimited character have obviousness reason for being banned, the most noted one is that because their console exclusive. MOST BB console port games were the same as the arcade version with just traditional console perks, besides that it pretty much emulates the arcade thus rules are formed around that since tournament start off on arcades. (Of course their are exceptional cases but that's handle case by case)
