Outside of GG's godlike soundtrack, who else listens to metal?

But yeah, I can't make it to Nemesis II anymore, I just don't have the money right now to make the trip. I'm also losing interest in playing BB competitively, even with CS2 around the corner...I'd rather play GG and BB casually to be honest. Maybe the game has run its course for me.

Nope, she lives here in Toronto with me haha, but she loves Montreal as much as I do.

Edit: I can't remember the last time I listened to Sonata Arctica, brings back a lot of memories.

Also I will freely admit that Montreal has the best metal scene in Canada, and probably one of the best scenes in the western hemisphere. Keep it up guys haha.

I listen to a bit of power metal, mostly sonata arctica, a bit of helloween, and dragonforce, but listening to them again recently, ive noticed all they have is a good singer.

And guys the best GG soundtrack is the Guilty Gear XX Sound Alive, they have nice touch ups to the song, like improvised tid bits here and there, but the best GG track ever is this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEI8AZzEcW0 just wish it was longer.

Edit: The Cage is an awesome song! Sonata Arctica makes awesome covers too.

It was an awesome surprise to see some of the Gety crew at NEC! I wish we could've chilled a bit and played more, but I entered a lot of tournaments, and was seriously lacking sleep.

I hope you guys will make it to more majors in the States! (for which the MAIN EVENT is GG) is in January, Winter Brawl (run by the same people and held at the same hotel as NEC) is in February, and Final Round (which I think has the highest turnout for GG) is in March.

By the way, I heard that Lovegety might be closing. I hope it is just a false rumor. Any word on that?

Hell yeah! Nazir turning that beast mode back on. I hope you will team with me for (at least) one of the upcoming majors!

It's okay, K2. You still got up there in the results, and you still made me very sad in GG singles. Actually, I was mad. But it's because the May mirror is ridiculous. :arg: Sorry about that, by the way. A lot of difficulties that weekend, both at the tournament and getting to/from it. You still one of my boys from Gety; don't worry! I hope to see you at more U.S. tournaments. Also, what happened to that Johnny?

That box set is truly gdlk. I bought it a while ago myself. Well worth it!

Millia vs Zato is Still in the Dark. Millia's theme is Writhe in Pain, and Zato's is Feel a Fear.

I want to hear Venom's theme, lol. It's not the best though.

Edit: I'm so glad I bought the GGX Heavy Rock Tracks CD...that album is the god of all metal albums, period.

Yeah, but it's been awhile. I most recently started a Tyranid army, but I also have Space Wolves (my main army), Chaos, Imperial Guard, and a little bit of Eldar.

Holy shit warhammer. Cambridge team all used to play. I've got an imperial guard army, kumori played necron, Tom played.. Like 3 armies, Orc was the latest. Man that game is sick.

I love me some hip hop as well. I just saw J. Cole perform live on the 3rd, it was a sick show. I'm also a huge fan of rap battles. To be fair though, "huge fan" barely scratches the surface haha, I'm a fiend.

wolf mode combos are so fun and lead to stupid ass damage with the right starters

so glad that cs2 doesnt come for a while lol

So, Toronto. I barely knew ye but today was my last day at Lovegety. Heading back to Ottawa for employment. I just wish I could have made it out to Lovegety more consistently throughout the summer, instead of just the last couple of weeks.

Had fun today, watching and eventually getting wrecked by that red Hakumen.
