So far, it looks like BBCS2 is all about mashing out short 1.5K combos with the hopes of eventually getting enough meter to do something.

Tager's 2C still has FC properties, but it only does 3K, which I guess is a lot for this game? Charged 6A super armour is strong now, but I feel like it's going to suck in a few days. Absorbing any move that gatlings into lows is asking for a CH.

IB is now +3 instead of +5 on ground

Fibre optic is how any major Internet connection is run. Its now becoming more common as a line choice for personal use. That isn't the issue at hand, its the IP address and the pay per play thingy that's going to mess up stuff for gety. Fiber optic connection isn't that expensive.

Better than mashing out 7k combos right :P

When I say mashy combos, I mean like roll your face across the buttons and cancel into a special move ender. Midscreen without meter, that's all anyone can do, except for Tager ironically, who retains his double Collider combos. For like 2.5K though.

I actually really liked that characters in CS did ludicrous amounts of damage off stupid shit. It reminded me of the old school games I love where everyone has scary options and can kill you in a few guesses. That's what I find fun about fighting games. Carl's unblockables into 6000, taunt loops into 7000, Arakune's instant overhead j. C for 10 000, Bang's 5A into 3000, Litchi's everything into wtflol damage, Hakumen's insane damage off high level starters plus his death combos, Hazama's FC Houtenjin madness. Even Rachel's combos could reach 6-7K with enough wind, meter and the right starter. All of that is gone now, the game has been completely neutered.

I will remain open to the possibility that things can change because the game is still new, but I feel like Arc Sys' vision for the game has been hardwired into its code; they tried their best to ensure that things play out a certain way. And I think that's really, really bad. It's like a crappier version of GG now...so why not just play GG? So yeah, I probably quit, or something.

TL;DR -- Brokenness is fun, this game has none, therefore it's not very fun.

is it confirmed to be IB>DP able? iirc they did something with ib so that it works less effectively now

No, it has an infinite amount of super armour apparently :v:. But like I said it loses to all lows.

You could probably do it if you had a VPS (server) in japan, just tunnel all the traffic to it. They would never know its actually going to here.

hm...then i am pretty sure gety will not get bbcs2,is not gonna work. and even if get to set up properly, it won't attract more players, except xdest-su will actually come to the arcade.

not like u will gain another 10 new players or having ppl on the mahcine EVERYDAY.

it will be me pui hermes leo camping everyday as ususal. no point.

He can set price to $1.50 but still not gonna make a profit. cuz bbcs2ac will be coming out soon @@" i guess. spend everything to set up bbcs2 and find out bbcs2ac will be release 6mth later is not funny and unrealistic.

good thing i went to NEC and shown off some rachel before i died.

time to focus on gg and ah3

byebye bb, i love u rachel

(Un)fortunately Arc Sys loves BB and is probably already planning BB3. So K2, you can only say bye bye for now.

If GGAC went on PS3, I can at least hardcore training at home....

o wah, gg and bb cross over rock music concert?

i wnt to be there @@"

well i kinda like the changes for Cs2 especially for hazama cuz his new bnbs sound like they would look pretty cool. Though atm it's only GGAC for me. Can't wait to try AH3 though, don't know how long it'll take to ship to canada though once it comes out mid jan. Hope there will be some other ppl who get the game so we could atleast net play.

Well, I agree... except CT was better at that, imo. That's what drew me to CT, reminded me of SF2 where anything goes and it's no mercy. CS2 just does long, boring combos... fighting Litchi is just, get hit twice, lose. And unlike CT the combos aren't just a quick blender where you get mauled and spit out and can get back to fighting, but where you spend the majority of the match not doing anything but watching your character get beat up across the screen. :P There's less interactivity. In CS2 at least you'll spend more time actually playing and interacting in the match.

Yeah, CS combos are too long, but it doesn't bother me that much. CT combos weren't that much shorter from what I remember. But I agree, I like shorter combos that deal big damage...hey, kind of like GG. I'm sensing a pattern here . Or SF, which I fell back in love with.

Even if I do drop BB, I can pick it up again any time I want, it's not like Tager is even remotely complex...or good, but I digress.
