I could of swore platinum would be coming out along with the patch.. since the cs2 patch is just as equal to the other ones where it was "You need this update to play ranked matches online" just ya know it also gives the cs2 patch in the process.

This. I understand it to be, that CS2 will be the patch and you have to pay for the characters. Just like before, if you don't buy the character, you can only play against them. Could be completely wrong though.
Ken971 Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 I'm paying for Platinum DLC. So there will be playable Platinum at GU. But only one CS2 setup... I've been playing Platinum on the PSP version. Granted, I know the game isn't super arcade perfect but whatever I've been practicing will not be different in the console version when that comes around. I don't think there is any difference in actual game play on PSP version but 3DS version. I hope CS2 on PS3 doesn't slow down.
kona Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 The only issue I see in the PSP version are framerate drops when doing 214D missiles/bombs or Mu's steins.

Word on the street is that Adam from PWA has been working on some sort of sweet hd projector setup/cabinet type thing. Also, we'll be doing matches for the New England Danisen League that asiantom started. probably gonna have a HnK setup for most of the night as well as the typical stuff.

So this means I'll be driving from Burlington tomorrow. What's the earliest I can get there? I'm looking to dodge traffic which probably starts around 3 or 4.

It's my sister's birthday/going away party and I have to be there. I can def make it for Friday as long as I'm back home for Saturday. I would be eternally grateful.
