We CAN'T HAVE 1823907831727 games on sat and at the moment we have more games than there should be on sat. Last year a lot of players that played in the gg tournament also played in the bb tournament. I'm trying to eliminate the CHAOS part of running the tournament and create more structure to our event without creating chaos. This is not a diss to the GG community by being on friday. If it is then i'm sorry and i'm not trying to kill the attendance of the gg tournament. I can't add anymore games to sat. We can't make things more clutter than they already are. So it's part no room for anymore games on sat and part more chance to put EVERY GAME on a stream to be shown for the community to enjoy! I hope this doesn't detour people from attending FR14, but if it does i'm sorry. With MvC3 coming out just before FR14 we have to adjust/prepare to have over 250+ in 3 tournaments starting on sat. Tekken6, SSF4, and MvC3 and we need a lot of resources dedicated to those tournaments to complete them in a timely manner. GG has always been apart of Final Round tradition every year. I hope we can make this a great event for everyone attending FR14. I will look up the tv's in the rooms and get back with you on that question. The last time I saw the rooms you could hook up your own joints to the tv's, but they said they would be going through a remodeling just before FR14, so I won't know about the tv's until closer to the event dates. Hell even at NEC gear got a bigger turnout, not to mention more hype finals than SSF4. I saw people goin to sleep watching the top 8 in blaz, only hype was some ec/wc grudge shit that could have happened in any game.

If you can't make it on friday I advise you to sign up online. There will be limited time to sign up at the door on friday march 11 2011, but that will only last until 12 noon at the most and it will be $40 at the door. Anyone flying to Final Round will be happy to know that the hilton has a 24/7 shuttle that runs every 15-20 minutes to and from the airport to the event hotel. What this means is that I will be streaming BBCS for Friday and GGAC for saturday, we know Team Spooky can't stream everything for everyone so i want to cover these two games when they aren't on the main stream. Now all of this will be my own out of pocket expenses and to ensure that this goes down I am asking for some of you guys to help me out with some donations. You can donate however much you feel like, any amount helps in order to get this to actually go down. All of the money will go towards the cost of internet and extra hardware for doing the stream. If I still only get some amount not even up to that i'll still try pay out of my own pocket to get this done. Streaming our games at Majors is something that rarely gets done and I really want to push our community out to the broader audience. I believe I will be entering BBCS, I'm extra free at GGAC atm but we'll see how much i can improve come FR14 to enter. edit: I will bring my own setup to be used for the tournament and stream off of that, I want to try to work with Heidern98 to get as many matches as we can on there as smoothly as possible to stream most of the tournament matches for each game. As of right now we have 22 rooms sold at the moment and every room that's not sold I get back charged on the ballroom fee's. If you have a chance to get your room please do it asap. Like always FR must pay for itself because I don't have any major cash sponsors for Final Round. This is all out of my pocket for the love of the community, so if we don't make it to 100 rooms by Feb 14 I get screwed royally.
