Zidane wishes he could be half the troll that I am.

for the sake of curiosity, which ones

Ryougi's stage is one of them. Airdashes can cause slowdown in certain situations, among other things.

oh wow someone finally brought this up?

Well, I personally ALWAYS play on this stage along with MOTOR HEAD. This stage and that song are the only ones I can really stand in this game. Everything else is distracting to me.

So no, I don't think it's ugly at all. Very simple, clean design without a bunch of background animations clogging up my vision.

Really interesting that stage choice would possibly create an issue though. Thought the only fighting game in which stages REALLY matter was smash.

Regardless of how much I like this stage in comparion to everything else, since it could possibly cause people to mess up their combos since there is no easy way to tell where you are in the stage in relation to the corners, which can be PRETTY important for some characters, yes. Ban it.

Hee hee hee banning stages. Never thought I'd see this for BlazBlue.

So, guess just go with Auto every time. Doesn't seem a hard rule to enforce. Ah well. Guess I can listen to Motor Head and play on Blue Stage in training mode.

From what I understand, it's the result of trying to extend the life of the PS2 this much. Poor thing can't handle the stage as well as the game.

It's more like it's a bad port. I mean look at the GGXX series ports. The Naomi hardware is less powerful than a PS2, and the PS2 ports actually don't have the slowdown problems that the Naomi version does.

That's a real insightful post. It's kinda... It's kinda like

The WC players are less powerful than the EC players, and the EC doesn't have the retardation that stops people from teching 13 frame throws like the inferior WC does.

I can tell where the corners are perfectly in any stage, I don't rely on the background... The camera changes perspective.

Personally I'm not for it. It serves its purpose in Tutorial and parts in story. I wouldn't play it in game because it doesn't look nice, but for absolutely no technical reasons.

If any stage, ban Hype Dog stage from serious play. (No, I freaking LOVE Hype Dog, but it really really distracts me and sounds like a SFX of a character's move and causes me to be overly defensive. Seriously)

The most trollan thing about Zidane is how I can't read his avi in tager style

and ironically same with hazama style.

I don't suppose corners being harder to tell isn't an illegitimate reason, but... I've never had trouble with it and I'm not on a level to compete in any tournaments really, so I have a hard time believing skilled players have trouble with it :|

...... WHO CARES! All stages are exactly the same anyways!...except for looks... but I really dnt have a problem with the training stage's looks either, not gorgeous, but ot "ugly as sin" either -.-'....

Well I think it should be soft-banned, because I don't have a problem with that stage, I could tell where I'm at. I think what it is, is that people have bad eye sight because my friends that wear glasses play online without wearing there glasses and they complain about that stage.

i main purple ragna on training stage with pandora tears playing

wtf guys

Soft ban it so people who complain can still play and people who don't complain can play 30 seconds later than they would have liked.

Casual online players always say theres no lag online, any skilled player will jump online and tell you its fucking terrible compared to offline versus.

My point? just because some people dont notice shit doesnt mean its not there.
