Cirno Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 They could so something basic, like increased item/install item stock, or ALWAYS SUGOI MAGIC, or they could do something awesome like Makoto and make her play a bit more like another fighting game character, like Zappa or May. There's a lot of possibilities with Platinum.

Some of items does more hits, does more block stun. Dream Sally can't be popped Mami circular has longer tech time And etc etc etc

I just hope that Plat is not in the end of the line, so there are better chances to see her Unlimited form in action.

Someone asked in the CS2 summary thread what Plat's hitbox is like. I'm curious about this myself now that I think about it. Do we have any info on that or still just speculation? It's not looking like a Rachel-box so far which is always a relief.

Good to see that he doesn't use Mystic Momo on the items he doesn't know how to use, like using frying pan in combos (you know, the way it's supposed to be used). And hit confirm from hammer into astral will bring many tears to our opponents. We also got a glimpse of her Nanoha and Bridget palettes. There also seems to be two aerial throw whiff-like animations, the other one probably being j2C. EDIT: Yeah, it's j2C, and Shadow seems to be enjoying it quite a bit. Edited December 18, 2010 by SoWL

Looks like if you land j.2C in the air, you can follow up for a short air combo, maybe even land a Mami Circular to get the opponent into the corner. Edit: Missiles go through Jin's swords. To my knowledge, I don't think we ever knew that. But here's some of my post from the video thread about the Jin match http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5mQWwTyQYY 1) Platinum's missiles destroyed Jin's projectile @ 0:16 2) Platinum did a jc into j.D (Pan) AND you can combo afterwards @ 0:29 3) Platinum hit jin with the Pan in the air and the ground bounce of that was big enough for Platinum to still carry on with her combo. In other words, you can combo after j.D (Pan) @ 0:55 4) Platinum did 2C, ran underneath bang and did 2C Again in Midscreen!!!!! So, I guess it is not only a corner combo then - @ 1:53 5) (This is possibly the best part of the match) Platinum hit Jin with her hammer and destroyed Jin's guard primers making him to freeze. AND THEN, Platinum did her Astral Finish.
