Man, as much as 5D being charge-able to beat other charge moves and long start up moves, I really wish our old 6D was back. I am wondering if 2D's attack follow-up's range is shorter than his 6D's since apparently Tager can freely spam 5D on us during his block strings now.

Also, the jbbs figured out that the CP drives are indeed super cancel-able, and we can now do stuff like 5D>Mugen>combo without the need of being in our OD, though a string of 5D>Mugen>Renka(1)>Zantetsu(1)>step Tsubaki>Hotaru>IAD jB>5C>Guren>5C>level2 Shippu apparently only does about 4900ish while something simple like 5D>level 2 Shippu does 4080.

As in use our drives during OD? I don't see why not. Also, I just calculated 5D>Zantetsu(1)>level 2 Shippu and it does like 5203 damage though this would specifically be OD only with the special cancel.

it was posted in loktests that parries were special cancellable during OD, so unless that changed somewhere along the line we can definitely parry during OD.

I am wondering if 2D's attack follow-up's range is shorter than his 6D's since apparently Tager can freely spam 5D on us during his block strings now.

I think the drive attacks also got hit by the throw range nerf. To be honest, the old range of the zanshin throws were quite ridiculous. :3

Yes, some very interesting combos in there. It seems like Zantetsu is now a viable move given he seems to always go for it whenever sitting on on stars. CT-ish combo dmg seems to be back as well.

Lovin' this new Haku. I'll miss my efficient killer from EX, but I'll be honest in saying he looks a lot more fun in CP.

I agree. I like EX Hakumen but he's gotten a little bit stale. Then again, I may just be thinking that because I wanna mess around with OD and CTs already

Yeah, his j.B -> j.A combos were a lot more hype in CS2 because they were infrequent and hard to pull off. Now if you don't that string for every darn midscreen combo, you're not being optimal. It's taken away a bit of his novelty. :\

CSEX is my fav version, but Kakyuu's combo are pretty convincing. He seems to be cracking this guy open better than anyone else. You can't help but get hype everytime he does an OD cancel into Kishin combos though lol, even if it's just for 5 extra hits lol
