It's at your discretion if you want to put his place up on the public map. This month's NCI brought in 22 BB entrants, AT THE LAST WEEK'S NOTICE. This means with school out I expect a nearly full 32 man bracket, optimistically more. Also, it may not be difficult for me to lock down CS Club again for January after all. There will be people attending to the room anyway, apparently, despite the campus closing. Shadowbrookes may be held off for the March event rather than January because I haven't had the time to work on the negotiations (Sup Finals). ~Chun
magz Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 Going through the footage from the recent NCI it became painfully obvious that people who commentate need to be more consistent in their loudness. For instance, during some matches, the volume will be perfect in regards to game sound vs. commentary sound but in others the game sound is all you can hear with barely any commentary.

Skubator Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 It's because the mic volume is set for Dacid and Coopa shouting. if anyone gets on the mic and doesn't want to shout, they probably wont get heard. There's nothing really that can be done with it; either get the quiet people to start shouting more, or get Dacid to quiet down. One of these things is probably impossible.
Dacidbro Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 Commentary needs to be exciting, so it is set for an "exciting volume level". If it is set to be any more sensitive, it blows out when people do it right. So, get everyone else to get hype or go home, imo
