Just means we'll have to play mind games more often now(bumpers, bumpers,bumpers), while making our top priority blowing our opponents to the corner to get dat damage(maybe thats what the increased pushback is for?)... sounds like a fun game plan to me... plus, I was getting bored of winning so easily with god tier CS1 Bang anyways :3 .

The most damage I've seen recorded by a Bang on the ranking system is 6571.

The player name is Gazan. He's currently the 14th highest ranked PSR in japan for CS2.

Gekiwa is the only Bang player I recognize above him.

Probably was FRKZ, but if it wasn't thats more than we can do now with 100 heat off of anything.

If Bang can still do 6C jD then i guess after jD then a simple bnb would be 2A 5B 5D jB j4C jc j4C 623B or jC right?

I highly doubt 2A 5B 5D would work. I think his best bet is probably C nail 5D j.4C 623B/j.C, provided that even works.

Also am I the only one that considers FRKZ halved backdash a buff? It'll make it a lot easier to bait sloppy pokes.

Going by CS1, 5A 5B 2B 6C j.4C x2 j.D 2B 6C j.4Cx2 j.623B does like 3.5k or thereabouts, so it'll probably do somewhere in 3k-3.5k range with the j.D proration nerf. I'm wondering he can combo j.4C > corner 623B 2B 623B or something like that, though.

+ Ashura(236236A) : Oki available after its hit. In other word, you are not in frame disadvantage on its hit anymore.

Damage increased(about 2500. 3000 in Furikajan)

Someone reported that it is more easier to interrupt during opponent's block string by using ashura.

- Ashura(236236A) : Frame disadvantage on block. Startup frame a bit gets slower.

+ 6D : Now it has much faster startup frame. More damage available following after its hit. Also you can cancel 6D into his other moves on block.

Oki after Ashura makes up for its previous nerf, but with the slower startup, it might not be possible to combo it from daifunka anymore? and the idea of using 6d on block strings sounds FUN... this made my day...

Also, when they said that Ashura was slower, I was rejoicing, because I was sure it wouldn't be that stupid "Negative on hit" bullshit anymore

Looking at the Bang vs. Tager video, looks like 5A 5B 2B 6C j.D C nail 5D will definitely work, even though he doesn't actually do it (he does 5A 5B 2B 6C j.D 2B 623B). If that doesn't work off 2A we may have to do 2A 5B 2B 6C j.D j.9623B, which should be good for some lulz.

I can't wait until we get some vids of a good Bang playing.

Glad to see that Ashura got a nice buff, I was at first going to pretend that it didn't exist in CS2 because of how bad it got nerfed/

Also, I love how 6D got the same buff as 5D, makes it 10 times more useful than it ever was in the past.

I just realized that Bang's FRKZ combo is 2C 6D, is his 2C still untechable in FRKZ or is 6D actually fast enough to combo off a techable hit?

If I remember an old loketest correctly, they kept the untechable property for his 2C during FRKZ.

Damn if only 6d was jcable on block. Then Bang could have guard break strings like Tager :D.

Both 5D and 6D can cancel into other moves, but I'm not sure about actual jump canceling. The only one that was confirmed for that was 2D(thank god)

Those changes translated by crystal wind (thanx man) make want to know did they change any frame data or damage on his command grab air or ground ?
