From what I have seen, they are having a hard time with hilda. Dunno, but from the videos she doesn't have anything to release herself from pressure (duh she's a zoner, but still). Also, her combos need to be exactly in mid-range to land it, from a far she can't connect to much hits. The good point, she's a great zoner and does a good job keeping the opponent away. But obviously it's difficult to start with a totally new char when the rest of the cast have so many tools discovered. We will have to wait a bit more until someone starts to polish her up.
