(price, time, etc) I guess they should have a lot of marvel now, and there will probably be a bunch of other opponents there. There is no venue fee, but you kinda have to buy something to eat/drink since it's a cafe. uh times... I don't know when I'll get there, but I won't stay as late as tonight, or at least I usually don't, but you never know. they even have a website, check it out if you want more info/pictures/etc http://foonzo.com/ why am I still awake, I have class tomorrow at 10:30.

Mostly because we're not big enough as a community yet. GG's to everyone I played. And not problem pedro, we'll play tomorrow. I just needed to warm up. Going back into visual training (watching tager v.s haku matches now) after coming out with 3 wins out of like 20 matches with brice. I'm ready to divulge in this stupid match up. I don;t see myself stay that long either at Foonzo. We usually don't but I think tomorrow potentially could be an exception. Might come late again lol. Let's hope I won't be held back by other people this time, like I was today.

BUT since the following Friday will be off for almost everyone, I guess we could do something special. The place where we usually have meetups has a rule concerning alcohol, but I don't know exactly what it is, so I'll ask the SF guys about it (and also if they know some good places not too far, they know stuff ). Anyways, we'll discuss this and figure out the best possible plan. Also, the tournament we were planning on having, do you think it would work out better for you on Thursday, Friday or Saturday? whatever day is best for everyone else

Once I start IB'ing your strings and getting wise to your pattern and resets, we'll see how things go. But for now, Makoto is a hard character to play against. Her moves all look the same so it's hard to tell what's a low and what's an overhead which makes her especially good at doing resets and all that. I need more exp. here before making any conclusions. A couple things: - Can you cancel her bushy tail drop thingy? - What are the gaps in her strings? - Tell me all about your resets and gimmicks. I'll be looking up her frame data to find anything I can use. Her advantage on block stuff is annoying to say the least.

Gap is during anything>6B I have too many resets/gimmicks. It would take 2 pages to post em And I don't know about vs the others but you were doing your combos right against me as far as I can remember. I remember dropped grab combos but that's about it. It's not pity or anything, I just say shit like I remember it. Also who's going to Foonzo today and around what time?

Since your execution is probably the best among us, could you do Haku's Tsubaki deatth combo? The official notation is: Mugen -> Renka(1) -> Gurren -> Hop Tsubaki x8 -> 5c -> Zan -> Renka(1) -> Gurren -> Hop Tsubaki -> 5c -> Zan -> Shippu. It didn't go so well, I can't learn that game. it is so far from anything I've played o.o Okay, well if it's a bad timing for some of you, keep in mind that we have MAT8 (Montreal Annual Tournament) that will be June 4-5th, which is a major run by MTLSF and has Evo seed shits for marvel and SSF4, so it's a much more serious tournament, the venue will also be sick. Besides, we'll have leveled up again in all those games, I still think we have some catching up to do but we're getting there. Easter is just more relaxed, casuals, mini tournament event with Lord Knight and stuff. Yeah AH3 is soo different, I gotta play more to get used to it, but I think I'll manage somehow. Oh, (and this goes for everyone) just call me Pedro, or think "posh" if ever you prefer nicknames. I'm trying to gradually change towards that one, made my srk account with that name. @Pedro: I'm not sure this thread's title will fit, but I'll see about that. (please give feedback. even "sounds good" is better than nothing) Thursday : HQ meetup as usual, we can probably open relatively early. After the meetup, we go somewhere TBD so those who want to drink can do as they please. Friday : Tourney and shit at the HQ, go with the flow. We need to ask cranky if it can be reserved only for us though, because if we're too many it'll just be too cramped/hot/notcool. This is the day you HAVE to be there Saturday : For those who feel like it, we could probably bring a ps3 or two and go to Foonzo, being downtown close to anything that anyone could ever feel like doing ... Unrelated but I'm not sure I feel like going to the meetup this Sunday, if there is one. Nini, Steb, Air, Blade can't make it. Attendance on Sundays hasn't been great lately so I don't really feel like doing the trip and committing my day if we're less than 4-5. I am also kind of behind in my homework, but nothing I can't catch up Saturday. There are also a few very specific things I'd need to use the hyperbolic time chamber to practice, and I don't have an unlimited amount of time.
