We should plan for the time when most of us are off for best convenience. Imo, date priority would go to those outside of MTL for best attendance rate. I've heard quite a few stories about people dropping BB because they didn't know there were people playing this game in montreal. These people do not leave their house and assume no 4 bar connection = no local MTL players. Eventually they are tired of playing laggy games and quit BB before they ever leave the house. They do not realize bad netcode is bad. Something like that needs to stop. Actually who am I kidding. The best players in MTL and Toronto end up being NAHs. Stay home guise You forgot to add they don't try to find any community sites for BB either. But yes that is very accurate. Ok well after about 10 seconds bibi came up with a name so here we go, we might change it, but for now, announcing MAD (Montreal Air Dashers) tournament some time in spring 2012. Blazblue will be the main event, and maybe KOF depending on the scene size here in montreal that is currently unknown. Side tournaments will include Gundam Extreme VS 2v2, F-Zero GX and obv GGXXAC, as well as anything else enough people want to play. (for example arcana heart and melty, the scene is too small in montreal, but maybe with outsiders we could have enough) now stop with the negative attitude and let me know what dates you guys can or can't make it out to this. I would feel that march break would be the best time. But we should aim to accomodate Toronto the most, since they're our neighbours followed by the Infidels Americans (sorry St1ckbug). When do you t.o people enter march break? Montreal players don't really need accommodation for a tournament in their city since they're not doing the same type of travelling. How else are we supposed to have exvs 2v2? though we haven't tested it yet for that specific use so I don't know if the connection is good enough to make it playable for 4 people at once But yeah thinking more around either march or april so it isn't too close to MAT or... Toryuken, but if it only works out later than that then whatever it'll be later lol.

I'm having more and more fun with each visit, I feel I'm getting progressively less blown up, managing to steal one round from Brice, Kirbster and Vice and even some wins from Steb. (i wanna play you guys :D) second : GG's to everyone for coming up at the kaeru darktraining camp tonight, it was awesome :P i beat the record on the Strikers 1945 II machine which is now 891 400. awesome. third : tomorrow is thursday, which is also the regular day for regular meet. in the hopes of seeing lots and lots of you people. I WILL NOT BRING MY CONSOLE TOMORROW, ONLY THE CSEX DISC! yeah, i don't wanna bring two bags again it's just fucking tedious... i'll be bringing my laptop though and i will run a danisen station for 3 hours let's say 7pm until 10pm , and i want people to participate in this, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. the thing is, it is not to insult and humiliate people, but to encourage them into becoming better players as a whole. it's to bring the desire to win and to get stronger if you are not able to at the present time, so i don't care if your main is not ready yet or if you didn't touch the game at all, the goal of this is to see the progression of your skillz both as a player playing casuals and under the pressure of winning. GET HYPE and no complaints, because those not participating in the danisen because they're afraid of losing won't get better than people trying and asking advice on how to get better. see you guys tomorrow.
