I really, REALLY would have preferred it if they hadn't switched to 3D models. Sprites have always been part of the appeal to me. But as long as the gameplay is good, I'll get over it.

I'll just share my thoughts on Xrd.

I think it looks good. I'm iffy on models, but if they make them look nice, then it's cool with me. The movements and attacks are all still similar in look in feel as well which is ok. If it looks like GG and plays like GG it's GG. Though as Milln said I do hope they make some changes, more major than what they did in +R (characters got some new FBs and stuff, but to my knowledge, no new moves requiring new sprites. Might be wrong) I did notice that Sol's grandviper seems to be the older version, and I saw what actually looks like Order-Sol's 5k. His gunflame fake also looks slightly different.

Overall I'm excited, but it won't change the fact that I still love AC and am excited for +R

Big thanks to everyone who made it out, especially Ohio (and any other out-of-staters I didn't know about)! I had a blast, and Arc Revo was pretty hype. Match streaming could have been a lot better outside Top 8, and I would have LOVED it if the Xrd trailer was played instead of the XBlaze/CP character trailers, but it was a very enjoyable experience nonetheless. Another huge thanks to Milln for housing people, hosting Arc Revo, and ordering pizza. I'll be looking forward to seeing all you guys at MWC!

Dude, that looks extremely high quality. And with the ability to record without being connected to a computer, I'd imagine hardware limitations aren't any issue whatsoever. I'll be looking forward to seeing it in action. That $180 price tag seems very reasonable for what it's capable of.
