Hmmm...I don't want to get off into too many games (damn you, muscle memory), but I would play the hell out of some Arcana Heart 3.

Actually I've been thinking of getting into Arcana, but I didn't think that many people played it. Do you know how the online is for that game?

AH3 netplay, from what I remember of it, wasn't too bad. Very playable, at least. The game was pretty dead when I was getting into it, so I'm sure it's pretty dead now. It is fun, though.

It's not that dead actually. I'm able to find matches against pretty decent players most of the time I get on. The community for the game is actually coming back to life for some reason (probably because of AH3LM). With that said, i'd love to play some matches in it.

SO I RARELY RESPOND TO THE THREAD FOR SOME REASON.

First: MWC IS INDEED next month. It is the 22nd and 23rd of June. Times for the games i'll be running are TBA. We'll also have a mystery tournament and it may or may not be Samurai Kirby again, i'm wondering if I should switch it up.

Just The Tip is a space narwhal game where you have to poke the opposing narwhal's heart with the tip of your horn. It controls like a cylinder of jello.

After Chris G's special treatment at UFGT, I think i'm done playing fighting games competitively, or at the bare minimum, traveling to majors. I used to have this ideal where it was all about skill at the higher levels, but I see it's all about politics and who's backing you up. I'm done playing because I don't want to be around that, along with a number of other reasons that have been brewing up. I'll stick to hosting. Gonna go my own way of competition that i've been craving for a while. See you guys on the leaderboards.

But it is all about skill at the higher levels... As long as you don't play absolutely huge games like Injustice/Marvel that have thousands of dollars in pot bonuses.

But yes this was absolute bullshit. I don't even care about Injustice and I'm pissed.

I mean, at least the random select thing they did in Marvel was tinily, minorly, minutely amusing, if just as depressing.

What happened at UFGT was gross at best. Putting a TO into a lose-lose situation because a player got pissy about being called out for being late, like any TO would do is awful. The fgc shouldn't encourage that by allowing it, even for top players.
