Dude I'm the opposite of that, I can't find a way past Elizabeth as Kanji. Her beam, Maziodyne I think, seems like it just keeps him out so well. If you got a way past it dear god let me know, I'll add you if you wanna try to get a few games in.

The match-up doesn't actually seem that bad (for Elizabeth), it's probably just me only having fought two Kanjis. In any case, Klein's right. A Maziodyne has really long recovery, and B. has long start-up. I typically use B for wake-up/waiting for them to cross the screen, and A when they're almost in my face or I need to stop something fast. Your best bet is probably to bait one out, then jump it and do Kanji's flying tackle thing. Once you're in our face, it's extremely bad for us and we'll likely go for shuffle time (furious action command grab). Bait and punish that and it'll be game, unless the Elizabeth you're fighting is a clever one.

But I still suuuuuuuuck. D:

That's why you gotta get online and fight us. Training mode can only help you make combos/setups. Match ups will help you perfect them. P4U feels like KoF in that combos are really tight execution-wise, and you have to have that perfect hit-confirm in order to go into anything with real damage. Only way you can attain that kind of execution is match-up xp, bro.

I am absolutely baffled that some of you have said, and I paraphrase: that you're "not having fun playing the game against another person unless you're trained to a high level".

As I remember it, Star and I were the only people who said anything like that, but your paraphrase is a bit off. It's not about playing at a high level of training, it's about playing at our best. Currently, our best is our day 3 Elizabeth/Mitsuru, and we're more than happy to step up to people with them.

My vote is actually both or either because my stick is quad-modded (man I love saying that). Papstr just texted me 360 so 3 for 360 2 for ps3 not counting me. Volpe don't you have a 360?

We'll be hosting on 360 just like normal. I, however, am going to be like Jackie and buy it on both systems so a big F you to all of you, I didn't even buy KOF for both systems, (but I dohave 2 copies)

I'll take it as serious as it gets. I just want to play games with you guys, fighting or otherwise. I like fun.

@characters: I'm currently looking at Naoto, Yukiko, and Yosuke, but who knows I might end up playing anyone.

I was just about to post regarding the system thing. Since control schemes really aren't an issue now that these converters aren't a thing, I think it only makes sense to run on 360 since it doesn't have that 2-3 frame input lag on everything (or whatever) like the PS3 is supposed to.

I didn't mean to send any negative vibes- I was just saying that I'm not as practiced as I'd like to be, and easily not as much some of you all are. I never said that I didn't want to play. I'll be happy to hope on tonight after I'm done babysitting (around 7 - 7:30) and play some gaemz with you guys. :]

And I'd LOVE to have TNxOH. That shit sounds hype as fuck. I'm playing Yu right now, but it's a *little* subject to change.

EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot to mention. The 360 patch came out this morning. I'm about to try a Ranked Match to see how/if it's improved.
