So you have your best chance at carpooling and getting cheap hotels at that event and also FR is the second biggest tourney next to EVO plus it's really close to TN. Wins all around.

I'm currently looking at expenses, etc. Just a couple questions: -How far is the venue from the airport? -What's the cheapest hotel near the venue? From BNA, the drive is approximately 38, forty minutes, something like that. The cheapest hotel near the venue is my house, at ten bucks a night(negotiable) per person. The cheapest actual hotels are here: Everyone's hotel choice is different, so you can take your pick. I am eager to have you guys come and show up!

Then again, I suppose I can accept it seeing as their designs have been getting worse and worse since Platinum. Hell, I remember one Pokemon that looked like a god damned washing machine. @Volpe: What you're saying is mostly not a lie dude. Most of the people who develope the game can't afford to actually go home and are forced to spend most nights at their work stations. Can't imagine the amount of rebalancing they have ti do with every Pokemon they spew out of their crap-holes. Urichinan Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 I can't believe you guys even suspected Gear would make it. As much as we all love Gear, you guys should know that it's not a popular game at all. The patch will also be dropping shortly before EVO and normally they like to give new games or patches time to flourish before adding them to EVO. The only exception I can think of was SFxT last year, since it wasn't out when the lineup was announced. That's all because of $$$ though. But it is pretty depressing, since Gear is so great. I would have liked for it to get some love again, like the good ol' days. I'm happy with this year's lineup though, every scene can be happy as one game from each genre of fighting games is there. (Except for Smash, but it's highly possible that it could make it this year as well)
