Bat might be followed up in the corner or at least gives enough knock back that you can get a new item if needed, hell you land a bat midscreen and you got neutral back. 6C not floating isn't a bad thing I thought if you get OTG'd she should still have her combos back, it sounds like something they did for standing hit. Air persia FC is cute...I don't even know what to do with it. -_- Push back on barrier encourage's 5A staggering instead of mashing. D: Maybe Air Persia will force Fatal, like Rachel's j.2C? I have no idea how the hell Air Persia FC is going to be any use outside of that honestly.

Just be people hating on are loli As a Noel main, I can safely tell ya no matter how good Plat gets, she will not get as much hate as Noel, I mean look at your own statement, you didn't even name the S-tier Makoto, you named the A-tier Noel, why, because everyone hates Noel, regardless of tier (see: CS1 Noel hate)

Possibly because her Combos go on for hours and her VA is crack. And I love Makoto, She beats the shit out of me whilst cracking jokes.

I hate that bitch! the none japanese makotos who can do makoto full combos with 15% drop rate are like only 4 or 5 players, while every noel can confirm the same combo for every hit and its pretty easy to do not to mention for early to mid level players noel is SSSSSSSSS tier and she still the 2nd best character in high level matchs. makoto was hated long time ago but now the hate is unbearable after the new tier list ( ´ω｀) all characters can be annoying depending on who is playing them so not all Mu players are hardcore campers but the only character that can never be annoying is makoto(if you are a high level japanese player then you will find makoto's lockdown game pretty annoying(´･ω･｀)) as for plat i cant say anything until the loketests are finished but from what i can see now she is gonna be awesome (combos after CH cat bat should be added long time ago)

suna19 Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 Was it not good before~ not the standing hammer. yes, it took away primers but no followups after a standing hammer. hammer loops are the only combo with hammers, i think. now it is actually possible to combo after a ground hit

I can't wait to hear axis cry over the mic about how stupid Relius is. I might actually pick up carl again <3. Magica-kun is getting buffs that should have been around in CS2. What more could I ask for? Lol, there's a very high chance that a lot of people are going to start playing her/Mu if they turn out good in CS2+. Which is funny cause after the first week of plat's release I thought I was the only one left that played her. Axis, i'm so happy right now that if you were here with me I'd rape and treat you like absolute filth. Hopefully most of these changes stick .
