Nope, they're actually quite different of you look closely (i.e. Hitomi is buffer than Lei Fang, Lisa has ghetto booty, Mila is almost bifauxnen, etc.).

There are differences, Look at Hitomi and Leifang on their Tag victory pose and you'll see how LF is least buxom than Hitomi, or how she also seems a little thiner
Devdan Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Making my rounds to this forum to complain about how impossibly terrible I am at this game, and how it took over 20 matches for me to get one win. Granted, most of those were team matches due to the matching issue, and I've found I do a little better in one on ones. Akira is the only character I'm not totally awful with, and even though I've always liked Kasumi and Ayane (as in, when I casually played DoA2 and 3) I can't use them at all in this. Playing the CPU is super misleading, because it makes you think you're allowed to use strings.

Not that I know much about this game, but using full strings probably isn't the best idea in game where people can counter your attacks. xD That, and string enders are really bad on block in this game from what I could tell. Also I'm gonna be on this game later on tonight. Someone play with me.

Also it's not that using strings are bad "per se" but the CPU is terrible because it won't utilize all of the possible escape options, instead just letting everything rock. Know what your string does, the state of your opponent, and when to interrupt and begin a different string is key to good DoA play. And 5 is the most legit with like...a zillion more guaranteed combos. But if you don't want to play the ground stun game, the aerial launcher game is always there to fall back on. Also if you can bait Hold attempts you can get better counter/throw options, so being "obvious" isn't always bad, so long as you're training the opponent a certain way :3
