tested frame adventage,5B is -5F on block lol, 2B is -1F now if i didn't it wrong)

i can try translate if i'll have free time and it isn't very big.

You can follow-up a Shooting Star LV2 with 5A on characters which have your 5A follow-up after Shooting Star LV3 whiff (Lambda, Hazama).

If you want to hit Lambda and Hazama with a Shooting Star LV3:

That's a good chunk of information, gonna have to try this out. Also, I won't be able to do my CMV until I get my missing part, the current setup I use for Video Capture has like 4~6 frames of input lag, almost just as bad as netplaying.

This match kinda confirms something I've been pondering about. 5CC has no safe followups at all. Hazama kept backdashing out of 214AC even on normal block. She could have delayed the C a bit to beat it but then it loses to mashing and pretty much all followups lose to DP anyway, including nothing.

I guess you could 214B/C away? meh =/

you can block after 5CC or 214A~D if they are mashing. 3C could sometimes help. 214C~D is fine too. You can reset pressure using single 5C and mixing it with delayed followup. Same with 214A~C.

Any specific combos you guys would like me to do in my "practicle" combo video?

214AD carries ridiculous risk, is gimmicky and can't be followed up even if it hits without 50 meter. melee range 3C is a terrible idea. There was never a time that using lightning arrow in a block string was "fine". The first 5C is at -6, and even if you train them to not attack after it with staggered 5CC, you're still using 5CC which is the original problem. It carries a disproportionate amount of risk the moment you decide to commit to it.

214A~D can be followed on CH, 3C beats most DPs, but yeah, its bad idea)yes, it does have risk, but 5C CH or 214A~D/214C~D reward is pretty high 3500-6000+ damage. I'm not using 214A~D, 214A~C~B without 50% heat for RC and generaly preffer reseting after 2A/5A/2B without heat.

Uuuugggghhhhh....

Wanted to see what I can get out of OS PF roll punish in the corner. Ended up with 5.650 damage, I hope it's simply my combo that sucks and can be extended? I've even tacked on a PF ender, but 5.6k for 100 Heat in the corner sounds really terrible. Here's the combo:

21421[4ABD](2/3/-) > [4] > 2D > 2C > 214A~D > 5CC > j.B > j.D > 6A > 5D > 66 > 5CC > j.B > j.D > 2362366D (2/3/3)

Didn't check the heat gain, but due to the cooldown, I'd guess it's around 30 to 35-ish. At least I hope so.

Might be because of the proration changes to PF, but this seems really low, even for CS:E Makoto standards. :/

Proration on PF is 75/90 now.

With DP ender it would be about 4500-4800, i think it's pretty okay. 236236D at the end adds less than 1k in most cases, don't think its worth 50% if it wouldn't kill opponent. Prefer to have for better midscreen combos and having RC for mixups/DP.

Heat gain would be lower, about 15, cooldown on PF(2) is 470F=(can get a bit more heat with 236A~D.

she is okay, but weaker than other chars. The only problem is to be close to your opponent)

how would you OS rolls with PF? is it just like hazama's? because throwing out a 5D if they don't roll is a hell of a lot worse than hazama throwing out 5B.

also, what common things does 3C still beat with its janky hitbox? All I know off the top of my head is litchi's DP. it doesn't even seem to go under lambda's 5D now.
