That works for noobs and scrubs, but If frauds were free - they wouldn't have any basis to be fraudulent. You have to win at least somehow to be a fraud.

Uhh, considering what you just said above, if you are called free you *should* be angry, it's an insult in a competitive community and it means that you're a complete waste of time and a waste of a competition slot. If you are called free it should be the worst thing to be called. How can a match be hype if someone calls someone else free? The match is a squash, a complete job. The person should just go home. That is what being called free is. It's not like being called something else like a noob or a scrub or a even a fraud. Noobs just don't know things, Scrubs are on permanent autopilot, and Frauds are simply cheating specific groups of people - namely noobs and scrubs. But FREE? That's worse than anything. You don't have to beleive anything. Look at the stream vids - Speaks for itself. I spent two months on the the thing and I pretty much still can't do it right. Sorry. You can practice for 24 hours a day, but if your technique is wrong, all you will become good at is doing it wrong. Get the fundamentals down then the level of everything else you do will rise.

Amadeus46Art Posted April 27, 2012 Author Posted April 27, 2012 Star if you spent half as much effort on practicing as you did on posting on these forums bitching about how terrible you were and how no one wants to help you (which is bullshit, considering I've seen plenty of people offer advice, myself included), you'd probably be a hell of a lot better now. Mind you, now no one really does want to help you, because all you do is bitch and moan about how no one helps you. What TD said is absolutely correct. Watch good players and their match videos, study their neutral game, try to get into their head and try to understand what they're doing and more importantly, why they're doing it. Practice constantly, try new things and break old habits get a better and deeper understanding of your character. That's how you get better. If you don't like this advice, then have another piece: stop trying to play fighting games competitively, because that's all you're gonna find in them. In other words, stop posting dumb drama shit in this thread. Consider this your warning.

I don't really netplay anything much tbh, I've been dumping all my time into Guilty Gear to get marginally less free in that game (it's working, thankfully), and after that I might start trying to get better in SkullGirls. I still like playing Blazblue, but last time I played was at PowerUp and I went 0-2, without even a single close round. The only thing of note I did do was using Gravity Seed's grab invul and 236A dash to land some nice Fatal counters, which I then realized I didn't know any FC combos, haha. Been thinking about playing more though, and I'll probably get more into PSN netplay with P4U coming out.

Hit confirm 90% of moves into a 20 second combo that yield corner and hilariously good oki. Catch one wrong block, punish with 5K and restart the process with the same oki setup. Fuck this game. Ragna with dumb damage. Litchi with retarded hit confirms. Arakune with braindead j.B and auto pilot 10k combos. Rachel with the the instant overhead crap. Bang with the FRKZ > death. Jin and his gay resets. Mu with the mash into 5k. Lambda with the disc oki bullshit and netplay unblockable 4B. Hazama + upback + mash. Valk with the wolf mixup. Carl with retarded amounts of bullshit mixups and unbloackables. Tao with the super saiyan power + 2A mash. Tsubaki and DP mash. Plat with the auto-pilot 5A > 2A swallow moon pressure.
