Spanish isn't my first language, but I thought fuerza meant strength? Are they giving a damage value or something (in reference to the character biographies)?

Okay, that makes sense. It's kinda silly that they have low HP but deal such massive damage lol. They might as well have 1 HP or something. I guess it wouldn't be the future of fighting games if it wasn't ridiculous.
