I'm trying to upload a video from Tougeki '07 to YouTube, but I'm having trouble translating the title

Now, I could just post this on YouTube, but being that YouTube is an English site, I'd rather at least romanize it. But for example, what the crap is リブロス? 乱レボ？ And what do I do about the player names? Romanize them, or translate them? Both?
