This game has a problem with damage, it's why you see timeouts happening so much. And voila Meifang's on top because honestly she does the most damage of anyone per combo in the game. With all the arcanas and cancels both players have plenty of chances to hit, it seems to come down to who hits more and whose BnBs deal more damage. I don't know that seems a bit...oversimplifying it but still. Lieselotte was shit for so long cause people were trying to figure out her doll follow orbs when she had a loop that dealt like 40% all along. Against most people you can afford to get hit many many times, against Meifang you really can't, it's like 3 combos no matter where she starts (as opposed to Lilica, whose axe kick loop requires the ground and does substantially more than her kita kita kita!) and you're done. Edit: Also that last vid I swear Konoha let off a dog whinny before dying.
zer0kage Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 I checked in Japanese BBS which has several tierlists many of them feature Kamui and Konoha are top. Saki and Heart midhigh. Lilica, MeiFang and Yoriko mid. Maori, Kira and Liesse low.

I mean come on I've been seeing a beastly Noriko against Saki. Damn. Btw SAki plays like Joe Higashi (THRUST KICK!!) w/Guile normals. I saw her command list and pics of her attacks. SNK styled supers too. I think I may want to pick Mei Fang too lol. Just remember first thing in mind, use another color.
