Im pretty sure it was mentioned somewhere (probably Tsubaki's story) that the other families used to do it but no longer do. Because of course interbreeding it bad :v: Except the Yayoi

I did a quick run through of Tsubaki's story and didn't see it anywhere, but it might be mentioned in a different TMML or a Setting Material Collection. Even so, the other families probably only interbred between themselves. The Yayoi take it one step further and only breed within their own clan now--Tsubaki is mentioned to be the ONLY child of her entire clan in a flashback.

@TheBossGiga: Kagura Mutsuki, aka the Black Knight.

From what I've heard, Tsubaki isn't the only child of the Yayoi clan, she is merely the first one to survive without crippling defects.

That's what I mean. She's the sole surviving daughter of her parents, and Jin states point-blank that as far as he knew, the Yayoi family had only one child (Tsubaki). All of her siblings died as an infant, and unless a relative managed to have another child in the several years it's been since that flashback, her clan is probably screwed--if they keep their current policies.

SPeaking of TMML, I do wonder if CP will have any, and if it does, how do they handle it. Admireably, they ain't canon, so Litchi's position wouldn't matter, but itwould be somewhat weird (if bit hillarious) if Taokaka just suddenly started appearing where ever Litchi lives now without having no idea that she works for the NOL now.

Oh god no. Keep that dumbass ecchi manga out of my precious Blazblue canon.

I don't want it there either, but I feel like BB is just getting more ecchi in general :\

BlazBlue is all about incest.

BlazBlue is actually a game about picking your favourite sexual fetish and having the characters involved fight each other.

All jokes aside, I AM more interested in hearing about the other Duodecim families. Especially if we get info in game form, as opposed to novels, drama CDs and manga. Also, not sure if I'm right here, but is the person you're talking about named Kagura, TheBossGiga?

EDIT: Ninja'd by harmless lol

EDIT2:Oh snap, that's not ninja, I just didn't refresh the page >__>

@TPPR10 I hope they'll be back, that was one of my favourite things about CSE. Really helped to flesh out the world. If possible, it would be cool if they covered the main events of the Phase Shift novels in there. I hope they also include a Help Me Kokonoe or whatever it was called, because those were pretty funny too.

wait. how?

unless your are talking about joke endings and gallery stuff.

otherwise im not seeing it.

You have to get certain endings or even 100% stories, at least in Extend. THEN replay the previous TMML episode and it should unlock. Yeah, pain in the ass.

..Hmm, well now I have more of a reason to finish the story I guess.

Well you got Noel's new outfit, Litchi's bra is a bit more lacier and it looks her cup size went up a bit.

But honestly, Blazblue is tame compared to other series.

Just look at the characters themselves. Mu, Makoto, Bullet, Noel's new outfit, Izayoi to an extent. Though I still like how they kept her at least a bit covered up. Plus we already had Litchi and Tao's panties. If Kagura makes an appearance it isn't somehow fetish bait of a sort, I will honestly be surprised.

I don't want to start another fanservice debate here, so I'm just gonna end this and say that it's just my opinion and if you don't agree, I certainly respect that. Let's just enjoy the story and the characters' personalities :)

What did Ishiwatari say about Mu's outfit? "Isn't armor supposed to protect something? Exactly what is this protecting?!" Litchi's CP art just makes me think she's trying to get away from her own breasts... Okay that's enough from me sorry

We get Teach Me, Professor Kokonoe!

But the tips kind of don't pay attention to time; I mean, Noel, Tsubaki, and Makoto all appear in the Academy uniforms in two episodes despite having graduated long before the events of CT.

A note on Kagura: afaik no indication on whether Kagura is a man or a woman.

Whoa really? I thought I read a CP arcade translation that mentioned Kagura as "she", so I thought it was a woman. I've been thinking that this entire time o__o

It is protecting us from lack of fan service.

No. The Kisaragi is explicitly a family that cares little for blood ties and adopts a lot of its members.

On that note, the Kisaragi family was founded by Seven of the Ten Sages. Seven wielded the Yukianesa during the Dark War and stole it shortly after, meaning the Kisaragis were probably the ones who held it until it came into Jin's hand and they were probably complicit in Terumi's attack on Celica's church.

Ugh, I meant the other families. We know the Kisaragi's do not do that

Nothing is stated about the other families policies on purity of bloodline other than that they all think the Yayois and Kisaragis are radicals/extremists for their policies.

Well,Kagura is a girl name so everybody expecting she/he as a woman,i hope Kagura is a man though, because we already have to much beautiful woman in this game already if you count the unplayable one as well, but if Kagura turn out to be a woman i will have no problem with that, just prefer she/he is a man.

Wow,that's a new info for me,so Yukianesa previous master is a blonde magician male, kinda surprising.

So is it just supposed to be coincidence that Jin resembles Seven at this point? I really can't get over how similar they look.

Who knows? This could mean that Jin is actually a true Kisaragi along with Saya and Ragna (And that explains how Saya got Yukianesa). Or another retcon, CT style.

Eh, outside of blond hair + glasses I don't really see it. Their faces are different. But the actual heritage of our trio is a total mystery, so who knows? It's possible. Ragna and Jin don't really look alike at all in their current states, but they're siblings as far as we know with no actual evidence to prove they're not.

Well all three of them had the blonde hair + Green eyes, that's a really big coincidence for them to not be related.
