Nothing is confirmed regarding PWAB itself but...Crow and "The Professor" as Robo-Ky refers to him are separate characters...whether or not they are affiliated is uncertain (you see him in Isuka working on MK II). Though in all honest he might just be a non-canonical technician like the other lab guys in the PWAB stage working on Robo-Ky Substance (aka BIG Robo-Ky). In AC+ Robo-Ky refers to Crow as "Dame-hakase" or "Useless Professor" (he likes to say Dame a lot...like Jojo says "Ora" or Dio says "Muda"), he calls Ky "Dame-Original". I'm not sure the exact terms to which Robo-Ky and Crow work under, but Crow seems to be able to work and maintenance him, also testing his Justice-copy periodically on him. You could say he's Robo's handler, though perhaps not his creator, we can't really know for sure. It's sorta his job to keep Robo in line...but Robo-Ky kinda hates him, so there you go. Crow gets especially frustrated when they successfully "convince" Dizzy to come along with them and Robo-Ky ends up getting them lost in a forest. Equally possible is the point where he destroy's Robo-Ky in favor of the P-Series "Robotemkin" units...so we don't know much.

Specifically, it says "Characters of [2]". The bit between them translates to "prior knowledge of/acquaintance" ...something along those lines. I'll double check my notes when I get home. Also, if anyone was curious, a blue line represents a negative relationship [minus image relationship] while an orange line means a positive relationship [plus image relationship].

Things to point out on the relationship chart: --So we've finally established Leopaldon and Gig are gears...phew...was worried there. --No links are made to A.B.A. though her Key Paracelsus had a past experience/rivalry with Slayer. --Paracelsus (the Scientist, not the Key named after him), has some relationship with Slayer and the Assassin's Guild that required Slayer to "clean up" Frasco, the mansion Flament Nagel and A.B.A. resided in. --Faust and Raymond were colleagues but we don't know to what extent or perhaps if Raymond knew of the botched surgery. --This is the first time we've discovered S-ko "Loves" Zappa officially. Before it seemed as though she only sought vengeance against a certain person. --Not mentioned, but Robo-Ky MK I hates his creator, and seldom ever listens to him. Robo-Ky MK II considers himself "superior" to Robo-Ky MK I. A side story reveals there was a prototype Robo-Ky that sacrificed itself to procure data for MK I. --Not mentioned, Jam now relies on Bridget as her gofer/busboy at the restaurant. --Bridget has been scouted (to consternation) by Johnny for the Jellyfish, and is according to May, and unofficial friend and ally. He's aware of the bounties past and present now, and is friends with Dizzy as well. --Baiken has been scouted both for the Jellyfish and the Assassin's Guild, not known if she accepts, though possible she accepts the latter, either by Slayer or by Venom. Also scouted by Chipp at some point. --Eddie finds Sharon revolting and the antithesis of his existence. --May is Japanese and Anji tries to be her confidant in this. She might have a possible connection to an orphanage Millia salvaged. --Venom has known Faust in the past and almost says his original name. --Faust has past history with both the Assassin's Guild and the United Nations/PWAB. --Slayer offers Faust an opportunity to become an Elder, Faust declines. --Chipp doesn't specifically say he wants to become president of Zepp, though it seems he tries to gain support there, but he wants to be president in general...this is prior to the events that led him to meet the president of A Country, Erika Bartholomew. --Chipp's master Tsuyoshi was a former member of the Assassin Guild, but because he was a sleeper for the International Police Force, he was hunted and killed, though to be more accurate, he died of overexhertion. As a result, Chipp swears vengeance on the people who attacked (Volf and his group), though Venom was the one who gave the order, Chipp swears to settle things with Slayer eventually. Ironically, Venom states that if Chipp becomes president, Venom will swear his loyalty to Chipp. Chipp has former connections with the Mafia. --Izuna and Valentine both consider themselves residents of the Backyard, though Izuna is a Yokai, similar to Inus, the former king of the Underworld (destroyed by Raymond/Judgment). --No connection between Axl and Raven is established or mentioned, also Axl knew Kliff when he was younger, and is close friends with Slayer (a drinking buddy). Axl also has an ongoing rivalry with Anji. --(? Needs confirmation) Johnny and Crow were former students under the same Iai master, though Crow was expelled supposedly. --I-no refers to anything created/designed by That Man as Trash, this includes Sol, Justice, and also Dizzy...though she knows Axl, it's more accurate to say Axl says she's familiar. She and Axl are the only ones who are capable of time travel. (Possible link to Megumi/Axl's gang?). --Millia's love for Zato-1 was one-sided, as he used her when it was convenient. Eventually she betrayed him and he became obsessed with hunting her, calling her the "ideal assassin". They both harbor Forbidden Beasts of the 6th and 7th magics. --It's not known what company created Dr. Paradigm unless That Man has some hand in his creation. --Testament was converted by the Post War Administrative Bureau, and has very little to do with That Man, though it says he was remodeled. He has a 40+ year history with Kliff who is his adoptive father.

I'm planning to write very sad Ky and Dizzy fic because they lack a tragic story, hope you don't mind. But i guess it'll come out late April or May, I'm busy in graduation stuff.

Actually, my memory is that Testament was never officially inducted into the Order, Kliff said Testament was "gentle in nature" and didn't agree with conflict, and that war drove him mad. Ky's dealings with I-no are somewhat cautious based on the drama CD even though she flirts with him, it seems he offered her money compensation as means of assisting in the battle, though she ended up abandoning him to his "death". It hasn't been officially stated whether or not Ky knows if Sol is a gear or not, though I believe according to Lightning the Argent, he did witness part of the fighting between Sol and Justice at the recruitment tournament (2180).

I think the intention might be less to create a completely inclusive chart, and more to give the reader an idea of where things more-or-less stand up to the most recent titles, without actually spoiling GGXXAC+ or GG2. That, or they just didn't want to clutter it up too much.

While that makes sense, I guess if I were to create a chart, it would be character specific, that is to say, you make one character central, and create a network of allies and enemies around that character, so that people get a sense of how things really are.

About all I know is that That Man seems to have his hand in a lot of Government bodies and businesses globally. It's because of this he was able to destribute the method of Gear manufacturing to governments throughout the world (prior to the Crusades), he standardized the method to be sure, and places like Blackard Company have been copying him ever since. It's also the reason Frederick created the OutRage as a backlash towards mass Gear distribution, so then OutRage was broken up into the Sacred Treasures and distributed via the United Nations (possibly PWAB knows the whereabouts of each Jinki?).

Potemkin called Testament the "Distortion" Gear, so we don't know the exact details but Testament was able to retain his sense of self even after his conversion and also mental stability under Justice's influence, unlike other Gears (except Sol), so Testament is unique compared to other Gears. It might very well be that he "died again" after the first recruitment tournament when Justice awoke from his blood pact sacrifice, and That Man brought him back, though we can't know for sure. It's also possible he owes his continuing existence to Dizzy, who is capable of resurrecting downed Gears, though only PWAB claims to know about this, and more than likely Testament hadn't met Dizzy before being brought back from the brink.

Regarding Dizzy too...she claims to have "old memories of hatred" shared between her and Eddie, specifically the referring to the idea that Forbidden Beasts are designed to be the natural enemy of Gears, though that's somewhat implied rather than said directly.

Hmmm, so now we know that Ky 'heard' Justice's last words without actually being the one to defeat her? And regarding the novel, why aren't any characters there in the relationship chart. Is it 'game-characters are more important to the general whole?' than the relatively minor novel/manga characters like Solaria and Tyr?

The best response I can give you is that Ky was attending to Kliff (who was dying), and probably fought and lost to Justice. The recollection from LtA novel is that he recalls Justice holding Sol's crushed Limiter. In the GGX Drama CD, he teams up with Sol against his own subordinates who betrayed him and ended up shooting Sol with blacktech guns (Sol managed to survive by using Dragon Install). As a result, Ky lets Sol go without arresting him and destroys the Data Fragment that May and Johnny originally found, circumventing the blacktech conspiracy at the IPF. The closest hint we have is what Ky says in GGXX that he knows Sol is chasing That Man regarding the Gears. He offers to help but Sol says to keep out of it. In the manga, Ky catches a glipse of Sol putting back on his Limiter, after having destroyed a huge chunk of Gear body parts falling from the atmosphere. He says nothing regarding it, though it's probable he's suspicious. I'm guessing what Ky is aware of isn't the whole truth, but enough that he trusted Sol with Sin for that reason.

for testament, i sort of figured the "remodeling" was reference to his comeback AFTER kliff originally killed him in the war. so the bureau did the initial conversion back during the crusades, but That Man picks him up after he dies a first time and gives him a power boost (:KL:"But . . . I killed you! How??" :TE:"Heh. I was only a mid-level gear, then.") and sent him on his way to revive Justice so Sol can kill her for real as she was, technically, still alive and if her GGXX story pans out, That Man's plans call for Justice to die and become set up as the great monster future generations will fear and try to avoid remaking (The Herald of Destruction). of course, as usual, this is all guess work

It sucks that they haven't stated whether or not Ky knows Sol's a Gear or not. I would assume that for such a smart kid the answers are all there for him to pick up on, but since Ky never outright says "SOL'S A GEAR", we can never be sure.

Although it would be kinda funny if there's all this drama and tension with Sol revealing his true nature, but Ky knew all along

here's the real question: does Sin know his grandma is the THE MOST FEARED & HATED MONSTER IN HISTORY? also, i'm often dabbled in the idea of writing a fanfic, but i can't seem to get anything like a plot thought up. i got ideas for silly or neat scenes, but nothing to really connect everything together. kinda like this thing i just thought of today: Dizzy: *in kitchen* Hrmm. I think its time to go food shopping. Sin: Um, isn't it a bad idea to leave the castle? Someone will spot you. Dizzy: Well, I'd get bored if I stayed here all day. I'm not sure if she's talking large sums or if she means she intends to wipe out a million gears OR civilians...in any case, things don't seem to proceed according to the agreement.

I got the impression that she was just reminding Ky of the civilians in Rome when he was hesistant about her proposition... Well, our Chaste Hero turned RED when he heard what she wanted as a reward so it's rather easy to tell what it was. Anyways, Ky sacrificed Fuuraiken to create a seal saving his wife's life, but does anyone know why Sol ceased to use Fuenken? By the way, hello everyone, my first post on this forum, although I registered quite some time ago.
