This episode is pretty good so far. A bit light on the details; it could use some exposition for a brand new fan. But it still drops details here and there.

It looks like it might be doing 1 loop per episode. So far it's all Ragna's CT path.

Yes, this is in JP Lang. En Sub., pretty much the 1st ep. is just Ragna's route for starters.

Only in anime can you go through an opponent after a blocked Hell's Fang, have the followup hit, and immediately do Axe Kick

Animation is pretty average. The fight correography leaves something to be desired, but apart from that it's not bad. The backgrounds in particular are quite well done.

Voice acting and music is, of course, solid. Music is pretty much remixes from the game.

Plot is BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger's story mode, more or less. Given the title and the nature of the BlazBlue universe, there may be some twists.

With a run of only 12 episodes, I'm not sure how much plot they'll be able to cover. I sincerely hope that they can delve into some of the material from the Phase novels.
