Ragna's archenemy is stairs. It's all he's been dealing with the last couple of episodes.

For a moment there I thought you ment archenemy as in Nox Nyctores.

I thought that was a pretty good episode. Lambda was downright heartmelting, I'm seriously gonna miss that poor girl. In the process, it actually helped humanize Ragna and showed that he acts rude and foul mouthed, but he's still a nice guy deep down.

Arakune looked a little weird at times...but then again, complaining about a blob looking inconsistent would be silly.

Hopefully they won't screw up next episode, seriously, don't mess up Jin's one crowning moment of awesome.

There needs to be a fighting game with a dude using a step-ladder or anything with stairs in it as a weapon...it has to happen.

This episode was like a Kokonoe Fail Compilation. lol

I thought the episode was nice. As much as I like Makoto, Ragna was better for this especially in Shinhwa's case. Tager's so cool in this anime.

When he was absorbing Lambda, I was like DAMN IT RAGNA WHERE ARE YOU!!!!! ARAKUNE GET YOUR FILTHY HANDS OFF LAMBDA!!!

Then Hurrah! He comes to save Lambda from the evil Arakune!!!! <3

Then Lambda was being so adorable being the cool beauty then following Ragna and then she clings onto Ragna and such and I was freaking happy that Ragna wasn't like raging at her or anything and was actually spending time with her peacefully. Too bad Tartar died though (didn't it die in the game too?). Tartar was one of the things that bonded Lambda and Ragna <3

Kokonoe's massive fail in this episode was hilarious too XD (expected from my 4th favorite character XD)

I will rage if Kokonoe erases Lambda's memories again next episode >:I

I didn't expect Izanami to make an appearance this early though. More like why was she sleeping? O.o (I don't remember anything like that happening as she only appeared in Rachel and Ragna's route).

It only died because Kokonoe was an asshole and put it inside a blender. The tartar was saved from an even worse fate. lol

I know right, when I was watching Lambda, I was going "D'AWWWWWWWWWWWW <3 <3 <3" and in some scenes, I was like O GOD I AM GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK FROM THE HNNNNNNNNG from seeing her cuteness.

This kind of episode is the main reason why I always go in depression and scratch my hair out every time I remember/watch Lambda getting killed at the end of CS =A=

Well... I don't know how you guys watched the episode so early, but when I watched it, I was waiting for it to come out on Funimation's website, and it had come out at like an hour ago in there.

But yes, the series does change a few things in it more or less than it was in the games (Arakune not being grabbed by Relius, instead now Hazama, and then Ragna, not Makoto in Joke end reference.), but in retrospect, this episode went out fine.

The art too in this episode was consistent unlike last episode where the art style warped from one style to another, making it look amateurish.

I didn't watch this episode through a RAW, so I have no idea what the ending art was. I want to see what it was. I hope it is a good Lambda art. (Waiting for torrent for the RAW)

...I don't like that they strayed from the original. Makoto and Lambda are so cute together. Why mess up a good thing? :/

I checked PIXIV today and the fan-artist who love Lambda called Yuya said she had a total blast from all the HNNNNNG and the cuteness that Lambda showed in this episode.

Yeah same here (Although every time I see that scene makes me go NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO *punches the desk x1000* and makes me cry and go into depression).

But that one was the game, so since this is an anime, I think it is possible we will see it more extended. It might have a more dramatic music in it along with showing fast flashbacks of today's episode, then I hope to see Ragna go in tears at that time, instead of just "I am sorry Nu".

I swear though, seeing today's episode makes me feel more terrible about what happened to Nu in Chronophantasma =A=

Like most have said, episode was mostly filler but it was the good kind of filler. Plus I admit, using Ragna to bond with Lambchops was actually a very smart move by the studio's staff. See while I love Makoto and all, Lambchops suddenly appearing out of nowhere and sacrificing herself for Ragna with whom she barely spoke weakened happened in the CS True Ending. In Alter Memory, Lambchop's sacrifice will actually have some weight on Ragna (if not more so).

I thought this was neat to include the Lambda's CS gag story and its a pretty smart way to keep animation costs low with just keeping it to mostly talking.

Also Kokonoe was pretty funny.
