The tournament starts in 3h, the stream is purely normal arcade atm. I was the red Potemkin, who still has to win a match The game looks and sounds awesome, the system is interesting, but I'm lost with my Potem! doragonkoroshi Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Guys, this game feels like guilty gear. Slowdown from new rc feels weird and is hard for me to get used to. Everything seems to have less range than it used to, but that could just be the aspect ratio. When trying I-no, comboing into sweep, they seemed to get pushed out of the sweep range when i thought it would hit. Same with ky 5k, c.s, 5hs. Other than that, the game feels pretty faithful to me.

Henaki Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Something funny I noticed: two of the characters with songs that had something straight up taken from another source (Potemkin and Venom), have new songs. if you're wondering what the songs in question are they're kashmir (the main riff for pot's theme) and breed to breathe by napalm death (straight 100% copied for venom's theme). I think chipp's theme is new too? don't know if suck a sage is from another source. i could be mishearing though.

Kinda disappoint that I-no doesn't get the cutscene treatment with Sol, but then again, I suppose his need to pummel That Man to the ground is on his secondary to-do list. Still fun to hear I-no's bleeped out words. I missed those . I find it funny how against Boss-Ramlethal you DON'T want her in the corner. Otherwise she'll just keep busting out her Gamma Ray for good chip damage. But other than that, I really like what she can do. Now if only she was playable somewhere down the line...

I just usually like to leave the possibility that i'm mistaken, but a lot of people on japan bbs are saying the same thing.

If Blazblue and P4U are any indication, chances are there isn't going to be very many HD-quality videos. You might see an odd one here or there, but don't expect a whole plethora of them. High-level play though is much easier to guess. I wager 1~2 weeks until we see some very prominent faces emerging.
