Take a look at the lower right image in the first clump on the top of the page, with Kokonoe. Is that... A 3D model for her?!

Old news, all Blazblue sprites are drawn off of 3D models. It's been shown in multiple galleries on console, and in art books.

GUTS starts to work after combos so your picture is right only if you do all damage through pokes. For example, if you do 40% combo and then 60% combo, you don't have to deal with GUTS. Ofcourse we haven't numbers for Xrd so this is just an example

If it's Xrd you are talking about, then show me proof. If it's GG in general, then no and I've checked it myself in +R to be sure. Guts levels raise even DURING combos, between the hits of the combo.

How exactly did you test that? Don't forget, guts is not the only damage-reducing mechanic in GG. during combos damage falls because of guard/RISC.

If it hasn't been tested yet, Guts lvl 0 (A.B.A, Bridget, Eddie, Faust, Robo-Ky) still receive 100% damage when they're above 31% health. Seeing if a high damage combo on them at 100% life does less damage when you start the combo when they're at 40% life... then Guts would apply midcombo.

Kind of busy to test it myself.

When you do a combo the game gives you a specific number in terms of damage. So I tested a combo once inside a guts category, and another time where during the combo it switches to the next category.

So the damage for each hit was for example:

7 7 7 8 6

And then near the border between the categories:

7 7|6 7 5

---^

guts level changed here

So the guts took effect in the middle of the combo, right when the lifebar passed from one level to the next. If guts only took effect AFTER the combo ends, the combo would still be doing 7 7 7 8 6.
