That sounds like it would be hard to balance honestly. I feel like she would end up either high tier or low tier but not in-between. Though maybe it's not as hard of a gimmick to tune for a fighting game as I think it is. How can you speculate this character's tier when you can't even read the names on her movelist, let alone seen the character play, or actually develop...or anything?

And apparently she later splits it down the middle during another attack? Alright, if she does not make my teeth rot from all the sugary imagery, I think I'll enjoy playing as her. At least it broadens my options since the only other character I was interested in before was Ramlethal.
