Depending on the actual dates, a region lock would probably be more frustrating than last time (well, discounting that those who tried to import the first one were chumps), but at least it'll be a couple months at most, unlike CP. Europe and North Amercia are going to get Persona 4 Ultimax at the same time

No, Troy baker is overrated...he's in everything right about now. But I do understand where you come from though I only say it from a Junpei standpoint.

I know I'm jumping ship if he becomes playable. I can't really hang with Liz' new changes like the people who play her do. Seriously those guys are troopers.
