Raziul Posted June 30, 2015 Posted June 30, 2015 I was being sarcastic. As far as I know Izayoi's netplay tactics either don't exist, or I haven't earned enough scrub points to learn them I can't remember their name, but I played an Izayoi this last month that might have been playing on a dance dance revolution pad with all the fake out teleports they'd do. That, or they're actively trying to get carpal tunnel. It was actually real funny to see Izayoi just phase shifting in place 2 or 3 times and then come out into a dp or something. Point is, that's definitely the most netplay Izayoi I've ever experienced.

It looked really cool, but it was annoying as fuck to play against.

susano Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 When things just...go wrong. No explanation, no reason. That particular play session just went south.
Scrubplayer Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 when 4 bar players dodge you/kick you out of rooms because you can actually block their mixup i just want to play some good connections whyyyyyyy
heavymetalmixer Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Holy shit the new player rooms are fucking retarded. Retarded in which sense?
Fame96 Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 When you can't mute people. Why does this game not have a mute button? -_-
Soudabuki Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 When you can't mute people. Why does this game not have a mute button? -_- You think after 7 years they'd actually put that. But no...
BlackYakuzu94 Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 You could just turn the mic option off when making a room :V
Argent Zero Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Not really netplay, but this. https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/easypcfix/gWLrLTRmwV0 Really old but what the hell is this?
Dark Ranger88 Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Pet peeve: Not being able to practice pressure and mixup via blockstrings because no one likes to emergency/neutral tech and block on their wakeup. It's always roll / quick getup+mash / wakeup backdash / wakeup jump / wakeup 2A / wakeup DP / wakeup super / wakeup OD / wakeup throw...What ever happened to wakeup (1)??? I swear you can beat 90 percent of the people who play this game (in netplay that is) just by doing meaties and frametraps alone; you don't even need a high/low/throw. Do they not know that 5Bs and 5Cs have 100 p1?
pokemonblaze234 Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 I have this problem of making people salty cuz they always jump at me and i anti-air them cuz im scared of juumpy guys then i get combo+dmg cuz they jump and get hit by AA. Also, this: https://epiclaggysaltdude.wordpress.com/
Henjin Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Holy Shhhh... hazamas final challenge just got extremely easy. Been playing for two days straight now. and here is a list of things that makes me a little/very uncomfortable: *Overdrive cancel at full health is shorten compared to v1.01 *hazamas tight frame combo moments are picky on its opponents *you literally have to jerk of the stick to get Golden Tager *Celica seems to be veteran proof. *I keep thinking that I can cancel lambdas moves with 22A *Izayoi's OD 2626D>24D no longer traps midscreen. *Relius 3C is no longer jump cancelable and his 24A knocks opponents of their feet witch makes it extremely difficult for me to frame trap. *and cant sit on ppl efficiently with Azreal in OD but that all from him.

StylisH Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 (edited) Blocking 19 frame IOHs and getting nailed with a 26 frame standing one in the same series. Those delayed netplay reactions tho....... Edited July 3, 2015 by StylisH
just some guy Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 Why the hell is beginner mode, fuck giving people an ego boost calling it "stylish", allowed in ranked? Just ran into a guy with nearly 200 matches and 0 losses using beginner Kagura with his ridiculous one-button DP.
susano Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 I like how there's so much input delay that I can't hit your Azrael at all. Well, might as well just give you the match because NOTHING I did came out.

ryu-bi Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 Holy Shhhh... hazamas final challenge just got extremely easy. Been playing for two days straight now. and here is a list of things that makes me a little/very uncomfortable: *I keep thinking that I can cancel lambdas moves with 22A Mind explaining what made it easier? You get to do 22A once in this game when you're at the character select screen
Henjin Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 Yeah 22a was just a force of habits after Spike chaser. Why the hell is beginner mode, fuck giving people an ego boost calling it "stylish", allowed in ranked? Just ran into a guy with nearly 200 matches and 0 losses using beginner Kagura with his ridiculous one-button DP.Kaguras DP in beginner mode doesn't seem all that DP'ish at all.
