kibakirain Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Is there anything special about the stage, Grave Marker of Bases? Because majority of everyone's arcade endings happen there... I think the only ones that don't have this stage as their ending stage are Noel, Mu, Nu and Terumi.
Zedar90 Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 How does Ragna get his jacket and the Blood Scythe back when he goes back to the present? Also, are "the magical city" and the "0th rune city" the same place? 1. Never explained, One moment he doesn't have his jacket and sword and the next scene he has them. 2. Yeah, It's the same place. All Hierarchical Cities was based on Ishana, thus it is the 0th city. Is there anything special about the stage, Grave Marker of Bases? Because majority of everyone's arcade endings happen there... I think the only ones that don't have this stage as their ending stage are Noel, Mu, Nu and Terumi. It's the cauldron in Ibukido were Sector Seven tried to temper a Black Beast but was blasted by Takamagahara-system using Take-mikazuchi. It's also the biggest Gate and all other gate's is connected to it.
kibakirain Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 Is there a reason why most of the arcade endings occurred there?
Shinhwa Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 (edited) Is there a reason why most of the arcade endings occurred there? Nope... seems they just put it as the final stage for arcade and that was it and had the artists just make the illustrations to take place there... I still haven't caught the grasp of which arcade mode occurs when within the story (I think some just don't connect or due to dimensional interference, it became pointless). I only grasped a few of them (and actually some of the characters' arcade mode also happens in the story mode. Ex. Ragna, Hazama, Noel's arcade mode also happens in the Story Mode) Edited December 9, 2013 by Shinhwa
BlackYakuzu94 Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 Most of the arcade modes actually happen in story mode as a matter of fact.
Shinhwa Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 I love how Kagura x Noel fanarts are exploding in PIXIV and the artists' Twitter lol. And Kagura's Arcade Ending itself and how he acts for Noel look nice. Most of the arcade modes actually happen in story mode as a matter of fact. I know, it's just that some of them don't or are just like seen as lost memories (Ex. Azrael's arcade ending is only seen as a memory for Ragna).
Shinhwa Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 There is something that I am confused about. In Tager's arcade mode, Kokonoe said that they got affected by Master Unit's Dimensional Interference. Why? If it was Takahamagara controlled by Izanami, it would make sense, but why Master Unit? O_o

O_o Izanami is making people fight while Amaterasu is rewinding time and rewriting the world to prevent the fights from happening. Look at Valkenhayn Vs Ragna in the Valkenhayn arcade for better look on it. Edited December 9, 2013 by Zedar90

kylehyde Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Valkenhayn fights Ragna in his arcade mode? Why does that happen? And does that occur in the actual story mode or is it just an arcade thing? Although those two never really need a reason to fight in retrospect.
Master Of Chaos Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 If my Japanese is correct, It's mostly for the same reason they fought in Valk's CS arcade. Ragna's being Ragna and doesn't have any respect or patience, and Valk looks down on him and tries to teach him a lesson. It's just another case of bickering leads to fighting. And It doesn't happen in Story.
Shinhwa Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 So Amaterasu did a facepalm and gave them a dimensional interference to rollback time? I better watch this LOL

Although those two never really need a reason to fight in retrospect. Ragna being an bigger ass to Valkenhayn then normally, it was even bit to much from what Ragna usually is like (He is under the effect from Izanami's phenomenon Intervention). After the fight time is re-winded right back to before the fight started and both Valkenhayn and Ragna realized that they had just got an Intervention.
Shinhwa Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 And then Valkenhayn gets another intervention after fighting Relius... poor guy lol Actually something caught my interest. What happened after Platinum got teleported by Phantom? I didn't see anything that pertains to that in the Six Heroes route either O_o;

What happened after Platinum got teleported by Phantom? I didn't see anything that pertains to that in the Six Heroes route either O_o; Phantom looked at Platinum in silence and then went away? Phantom teleports away platinum in both Platinum end and during Hazama route. Which should before Valkenhayn arcade were Valkenhayn restrains Platinum and thus leading to the story mode.
Shinhwa Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Is it just me or Ragna is getting more resistant towards Dimensional Interventions' influence? He seems to retain some memories from stuff that happened before dimensional interventions (Ex. Episode 7 stuff, Azrael arcade ending) occured.

He seems to retain some memories from stuff that happened before dimensional interventions (Ex. Episode 7 stuff, Azrael arcade ending) occured. The memory from Azrael fight looks to be because of the fact he was using the Azure Grimoire at that time, and he becomes immune to it due to being close to Celica.
raziel12 Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 well its not the first time happened though it also happened in BBCS when he remember fighting jin in the last loop
Usagi Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Thanks for that awesome summary, Shinhwa. Can I ask that you do one for Rachel too? Maybe even for Jin as well. If not possible, then I hope someone will do it.

If not possible, then I hope someone will do it. Exam ending on thursday. After that I will be active to create summaries for each character (Need to complete Noel's that I left somewhat incomplete on the wiki, then I will be doing Nu's summary). I will be doing translations too for each episodes.
PerishEvil Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Can someone explain something to me? I've been reading through this thread and it is my understanding that thanks to the efforts of Bang and the lynchpin there is no more seither. If that's correct then how the hell is anything working? Ar magus and the Nox require seither to function. Considering how much of the worlds tech is powered by Ars isn't this bad?

Ar magus and the Nox require seither to function. Considering how much of the worlds tech is powered by Ars isn't this bad? It's very bad. That's why sector Seven is routing the very little electricity they have to the cities. Not that it matters much since if they do nothing about the Embryo all humans will become seithr.

Not that it matters much since if they do nothing about the Embryo all humans will become seithr. But without seither what can they do? Armagus and Nox Nyctores require seither which is no longer available. Yukianasa can't freeze stuff, Tao can't use her claws, Nirvana shouldn't be able move. I'm sorry if I sound like I'm ranting but I'm strugling to comprehend the reasoning behind deystroying the worlds main source of energy if it's goin to screw you over.

No one can use ars magus except for the "Qualified Ones"(è³‡æ ¼è€…). Why? Never explained yet. The reason for doing that even if it removes all seithr from the world it's still a lot better then if Izanami would able to kill Amaterasu, and the world was covered in seithr since every gate in the world was open.
Shinhwa Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Well it's a fact that before the Dark War, people used magic and such (not everyone though like how everyone is using Ars Magus in the current world) and Ars Magus didn't exist, so you could say they just went back to how the world once was in the past except even magic doesn't exist much anymore.
