Toxin45 Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 This was all very obvious to anyone who's played/seen the story mode. Arakune and Tao don't do anything of any real relavence. Hell, Tao gets dropped from the story midway. I don't get what you're trying to say when you say "they got better." Tao was never a problem to begin with. Arakune didn't change jack shit, he's still just batshit crazy. Yeah your right but at least Arakune can speak normally now and maybe some of the black and gray morality would be counterated.
Shinhwa Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Taokaka really needs some more relevance towards the story lol
BlackYakuzu94 Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 She's comic relief, there's not much she can do.
kibakirain Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 She's comic relief, there's not much she can do. You'll never know. Look at what happened to Bang...
Toxin45 Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Also did anyone find it surprising and harsher in hindsight that Izanami was the true villain of the series?Because Unlike her persona counterpart who was more or less neutral and wants was best for humanity this Izanami doesn't't and wants to kill'em all good or neutral making more cruel and less sympathetic.Plus using Terumi and Relius as pawns and not the other way around was quite a surprise.
Shinhwa Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 She's comic relief, there's not much she can do. Not necessarily as it was revealed in Episode 1 that she is able to sense Izanami's presence when others can't really.
Zedar90 Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Not necessarily as it was revealed in Episode 1 that she is able to sense Izanami's presence when others can't really. Yeah, the only one other then Taokaka who seems to be able to sense Izanami is Homura. Homura said a short moment before Izanami came: "... the "Death" is coming."
Shinhwa Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Yeah, the only one other then Taokaka who seems to be able to sense Izanami is Homura. Homura said a short moment before Izanami came: "... the "Death" is coming." I thought Nirvana could also sense it too?
kylehyde Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Speaking of Nirvana, do she and Celica interact at all? Or do their paths never cross.
Shinhwa Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Speaking of Nirvana, do she and Celica interact at all? Or do their paths never cross. They did. One was in the Six Heroes route, where Celica meets Carl and Nirvana, and keeps calling Nirvana by her name instead of Ada, which pisses Carl off, then after like Celica and Nirvana "talk", and Carl feels uneasiness from how Nirvana is at that moment, it makes him attack Celica where Hakumen comes to defend her and kick Carl's ass. The other is when Carl joins Relius' side where Celica looks at Nirvana with a sad face.
Toxin45 Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 So does the imperator appear in the sector seven and six heroes sub plots
Shinhwa Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 So does the imperator appear in the sector seven and six heroes sub plots Imperator shows up when Celica visits her own grave (the real one's grave) in the Sector Seven route. Six Heroes route, she doesn't show up if I remember correctly.
Toxin45 Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Imperator shows up when Celica visits her own grave (the real one's grave) in the Sector Seven route. Six Heroes route, she doesn't show up if I remember correctly. oh which episode sector seven?

kylehyde Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 One thing I wanted to know is when Noel, Jin, and Ragna fight Takemikazuchi why did they each have to fight it one by one? I think I read that first Noel fights it then Jin takes a crack at it and finally Ragna finishes it.

Master Of Chaos Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 That was solely for gameplay reasons. They all go after it at once in the cutscene, then you fight it with Noel, then Jin, cutscene, then Ragna.
Zedar90 Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 And then sometime during the fight Jin ditches them and heads to the Cauldron... I wonder why he did it and what he said when he did it...

They all go after it at once in the cutscene, then you fight it with Noel, then Jin, cutscene, then Ragna. lol I thought that maybe Noel arrived first and had to fight it while Jin and Ragna were doing something else. So then its just game mechanics...well thanks for clearing that up lol. @zedar, didnt he leave to destroy something with Hakumen? I think I read that somewhere here.
Shinhwa Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 lol I thought that maybe Noel arrived first and had to fight it while Jin and Ragna were doing something else. He went to destroy the Ibukido Tower's main foundation section in the underground, although it's unknown why he went there after fighting Takemikazuchi when no one told him to go there.
Zedar90 Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 lol I thought that maybe Noel arrived first and had to fight it while Jin and Ragna were doing something else. Yeah, he went there to help cut the Monolith, but it's the story reason. No one told him to go there. He only comes there after Hakumen fails on his own.
Shinhwa Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Yeah, he went there to help cut the Monolith, but it's the story reason. No one told him to go there. He only comes there after Hakumen fails on his own. Actually now that I think about it, Jin and Noel was with Ragna when he and Celica asked Hakumen to go cut the Monolith, so maybe that's why.
kibakirain Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Did CP state anything new regarding the fact that Saya was the one who gave Yukianesa to Jin? or Ragna and Jin's conversation during the near end of CS?
