It's negative on block, and has no follow up options when blocked. Just jump over it, the recovery on that move is absurd, can't tell you how many combos I've eaten because I love my 3C too much.

Because unless the wiki contains faulty information or something was changed after the patch, Azrael's 2A absolutely is slower than Haku's 3C. 9 frames of startup > 8 frames of startup.

You could have DP'ed a bit more and use those Jin crossups. I may need to learn another character other than Tsubaki or reevaluate my training process. Way too inconsistent and predictable (without yolo).
