Need more experience on this match-up. iloveu plays tager, but he doesnt come to cf till like, 11 D: Henaki (or kensk or wtf he wants to call himself :p) plays him too, but doesn't visit cf often. As for the matchup, I'll throw in my 10c: 6b owns Tager hard.. almost everything he has on the ground will lose to it. If he has full charge: no projectiles/slow normals. He can Spark Bolt you on reaction and rape you :o -- Can't help you w/ Litchi tho, sry xD

They also have a gg setup but its all pads. They also have a fun looking pong type game for wii that i wanna play tomorrow. But yea...free blazblue^ ^
