Well I've played the prequel Gundam VS but I never really had any desire to improve whatsoever when that game was out. I'm still not sure on who to main though other than gp01fb. blakdelegation Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 How quickly does the beginners night room fill up usually and are there over flow rooms? I've never participated in beginners night but I think I should, I owe it to my random teammates online to improve!
LatiosG Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 They fill up somewhat quickly but people come and go, we haven't had an overflow situation but we would likely make another room in that case.

I bet there are a lot of people who would like to participate but don't know/feel comfortable enough socially asking the proper people to get invites(some ppl are shy, yo!). I usually join rooms not host though is 75 Mbps/35 Mbps a strong enough connection? It's shared between 3 ppl but the other 2 don't do much beyond basic web browsing wirelessly while my PS3 has a direct connection. Edited February 13, 2014 by blakdelegation
doubletaco Posted February 14, 2014 Author Posted February 14, 2014 Sorry it's been radio silence from me pretty much all week. I've been absolutely swamped with work-related things. However, those are starting to wrap up, and that means that (tentatively!) next week we're going to be moving to a semiweekly format. Rather than once a week, I'll be hosting a beginners lobby and stream twice a week: Wednesday and Saturday, 9 PM EST to 12 AM EST. I really feel like I've been getting better recently, and though I can't say I've the qualifications to coach anyone, I hope we'll all level up together.

The primary reason is that this is right in the middle of the SoCal Regionals EXVSFB tournament. We'll be starting up the Wednesday events starting next week though!
