I have a half decent rachel, so i asked kuru to record one of my matches which had to be against ssmugen (who is a beast if you didnt know >_>). Im trying to elevate my game with her so any kind of criticism like you suck, what i should work on or implement into my game are all welcome and would be appreciated. Needs moar 6a. After grab 7d dash 5b then air combo. Don't j2c above people so much. <_< I think you need to practice your bnbs a bit more, but more importantly the setups into them. Btw, what recording setup does use? Geez that looks awesome.

That would be my setup. I use a Hauppauge HD-PVR. Output from the PS3 with the Official PS3 Component Cables (don't tell me why I ain't using HDMI, I can't with the HD-PVR, but yes I do own multiple HDMI cables). For software I use Sony Vegas for my editing and rendering.

Yeah someone just told me the exact same thing, which confirms the fact of me starting over from scratch. He stands just out of range of her CA and slowly chips away at that barrier and guard meter. But as you can see in the last vid, it is vulnerable to reversals and it's totally possible to just mash IB for meter. Great pressuring tool though.

I had a question though, against characters 3C frog combos don't work on such as Nu is it better to summon a frog and go with an air combo such as Aoniku was doing or is it all just preference. I noticed he consumed less wind by not having to wind a pumpkin on okieme like he would have in a frog combo, but he did a little less damage and maybe even built a little less meter.

Around 0:23 when he does the 5A,5B,j.3DC(i think that what it is),j.3DC,5B etc Ive tried to get the 2nd j.3dc to connect in front then go into BnB, but i always fly over. im thinking its because he blocks the 1st one in which sends him back a bit to connect with the 2nd. I was wondering if i was right or am i just doing something wrong.

Oh and where is that 2nd 5B unless you use that to cancel out of the 1st j3dc which i dont see how that works.

Touching the ground kills most of your momentum so you don't fly over him, though it's still possible to do it without touching the ground with correct spacing.

He went into an air combo after the frog summon almost every time unless he had meter. I could see how it could be used to get Nu closer to the corner or as a tech trap though. I might try using Aoniku's combo for a little while and see if I can figure out any more benefits of it.
