  3. again... frame data format is still not settled yet, so it'd be more effecient ot just fill in the character pages with frame data for now. I can easily change the format of stuff that way.
  4. stop caring about tiers. the difference between characters in this game is better overcome by smart play + training than picking a better character.

  6. while the effort is appreciated, it's not really the format we are using... please fill out the naoto char page with frame data, that will help me easily copy the data over. you can see what i'm going for on yosuke's frame data page. translations of notes are appreciated and can go on teh frame data page and i'll put them in the right place later.

  16. don't forget the apparant universal overdrive benefits: -makes your combo unburstable (assuming you hit them) -has startup invul so it can work as a reversal option of sorts like blood kain or frkz -can be done in the air the startup invul thing has be a bit worried actually. i don't want this to be like cs where you can gold burst > combo for a round ender.

  18. there's a bit of frame data floating around on jp sites and the like. nothing concrete. i already measured startups for some attacks, maybe you should try testing and contrbuting instead of just asking also, there's a (imo) pretty important midscreen to corner combo that mitsurus shoudl learn: CH 5A > 2AB > SB Coup, 2AB > B Coup, 2A > 2B > C Bufula > [4B] > 2AB > A coup 4.1k for 25 meter? sounds good to me. the trick is to start charging back about halfware through the SB Coup. i think you have to be a bit closer than halfscreen to do it reliably. works off a few starters, even on crouching 5AA > 5B > 2AB
  19. certainly seems like it. guess the rule is you can burst while blocking, but once you get hit, you gotta take your punishment. kinda makes combos into overdrive scary, but it may be possible to burst your opponent's combo as soon as you see the opponent's od activation.
