I need something decent to screen cap with before I can start uploading videos for this. Every time I try to run Microsoft Expression Encoder it causes the game to lag horribly. Hopefully I can find something nice soon, it'd be awesome to get a combo video for this up on SRK or something, to help generate interest.

I thought you lost your air movement options after the kara 214B as well, but if you wait for a split second you can still use them. The timing is really awkward on it, but it's possible. I didn't really test much further on it though, as I've been working on B-Serena stuff.
-
(Corner vs. Serena) 5B > 6A > 5C > j.C > 5D > j.214C > 5D > 6A > 5C > 236A > 5D > 6A > 5C > j.B > j.C > 2D > 2C is like 2.8K I think.

Highest damage I was able to get with Alcott in the corner the day I downloaded it was 5.3K (I think, it might've been 5.2K) from a 5C starter and with two bars. =/ 5C > 5D > 4C > 236D > 4C > 5C > 5D > 6D > 5A > 5B > 6A > 5C > 2C > sj.AxN > j.B

This game is so deep. @_@ You can hold C and hit forward or backward to throw faster during a blockstring, or in a combo. (Example: A-Serena 2A(2) > 6C doesn't combo, but 2A(2) > [C]6 does) This only seems to work with throws though. Turns out B-Serena can kara-cancel her 214A into B/C, which lets her do a meterless 214A T-Cancel, but you can't do it after a gatling, as it will T-Cancel automatically. A-Serena also has an odd kara-cancel, doing 214C~B you get 214B, but with 214C startup. This let's things that normally wouldn't combo into 214B combo, like 2C. Also, has anyone COMPLETELY confirmed what the dots under the combo counter specify? I assumed it meant the combo was techable, and that the training dummy couldn't do it, but I noticed some moves cause them to show up automatically. (A-Serena's 2C) And that makes me wonder what they really mean, and if combos that cause them to appear are actually legit or not, as it opens up a lot of combo paths I thought were false.

First complete B-Serena combo, 1 bar: (Starting position) 2B > 5C > 6D > 214A(w)~D > 214A > 5D > 6[6]C > j.214A > 5B > 5D > 6C(3) > 214A > 5B > j.D > dj.IAD > j.B > j.C > 5A > j.B > j.D > dj.IAD > j.B > j.C > j.D > j.214A~C= 3.1K (Performed against Cecil) I'll upload a video in the morning. I'm still working on some meterless stuff, but it's harder to get good damage that way. :/ She's super fun though. EDIT: Literally found this as soon as I posted: (Starting position) 2B > 5C > 5D > 6[6]C > j.214A > 5B > 5D > j.D > dj.IAD > j.B > j.C > 5B > j.D > dj.IAD > j.B > j.C > 5A > j.B > j.D > dj.IAD > j.B > j.C > j.D > j.214A~C= 3.1K This one causes a orange dot to appear under the combo counter though, so I'm not sure if it's completely legit or not, though they don't tech out with the ground/air tech settings on.

B-Serena is awesome, she can reverse gatling her 5D into every normal, as well as jumps and dashes. As an example: 5B > 5C > 5D > 6[6]C > j.214A > Ender I'm not home now, but when I get back I'll try to work on some combos, though I have a few other things to take care of, so it might be tomorrow before it's done.

[CP] Litchi Faye Ling - Gameplay Discussion (Read first post!)
Urichinan replied to Lord Knight's topic in Archive
You can do that now. Nothing has changed that suddenly made this possible. And even in CP, you may do what you want, but the fact remains it will never be as good as the optimized combos, same as in CT, CS1, CS2, Extend, and so on and so forth. -
[CP] News & Gameplay Discussion (Old)

The worst typo in the history of BB was in CT. Litchi's name was always shown as "Litch" on the network D-Cards. :/ -
Daisharin hits > j.Chun > Backdash > 6A > All Green > Final Daisharin hit

Who here is getting Injustice tonight at midnight? My whole family is going to iHop and then we're heading off to pick up Injustice. Lol

I only play fighting games, so I'm only okay in just fighting games. I always wanted to get really good at Castle Crashers though.

Raven, Green Arrow, Hawkgirl, Killer Frost, Cyborg, Harley Quinn, and Wonder Woman are the only characters that appeal to me, but for who I'm going to be using for sure, Raven, Green Arrow, and Hawkgirl. How about yourself?
-
Yup! Luckily, they need Bats, 2-4 meter per combo, extremely specific stage positioning, and a lot of them only work on Lex. HOWEVER, these are practical in many ways, such as being able to reset a combo using the dumpster and a bat, or restanding the opponent into a unblockable stage jump explosion, etc. NRS said a lot of the interactebles were tweaked in the final version, so let's hope Batman can't still get 40-60% from a fullscreen unblockable attack.

Injustice really is quite different compared to MK. The dashes are not cancelable, and cover a huge amount of distance, whereas MK has very short dashes that can be canceled mid-way through. Injustice has back to block, instead of a block button. Each character has unique air attacks, as opposed to MK's universal air normals. Meter is used differently in this game, where you can only EX an attack after it's been preformed, rather than before, you can only use it as a breaker once per match (Wager system), and it can be spent to add armor on b3/f3 normals, which can also be dash canceled like Focus Attacks in SF. They also have the character specific, BB-style, trait system. IIRC you can block while in the air too, but I'm not completely sure. Honestly, the combo and chain systems are the only thing that really feel like MK to me. Though it is similar enough to deter players who dislike MK. I encourage everyone to try it out, but if you don't like MK, there's a fair chance you won't like Injustice all that much either. The thing I enjoy the most about this game is wallbounces though, I love wallbounces. As for the characters I want to use, Raven, Hawkgirl, Green Arrow, and Killer Frost are all on my list of characters to try. Wonder Woman is fun in the demo, but not my style. I'm also fairly interested in Cyborg, so I'll look into him as well. I know for a fact I'm maining Raven though.

[CP] Litchi Faye Ling - Gameplay Discussion (Read first post!)

Oh yeah, is that All Green Tsubame Gaeshi just OD version of All Green, or is that new thing? While it might limit her moveset, it's super strong because she gets a ton of combo options and ridiculous mixup. On top of that, she can make pretty much anything safe at the touch of a button, it's like Arakune being Curse for the whole match, but with only one bug instead of 4. Very exciting. The buffed up Tsubame is the OD version of All Green. (It's like that for regular Litchi too) Though for U. Litchi it's just All Green. -

Unlimited Litchi: -She always has Daisharin (Meaning she is always staffless) -All of her supers are the OD version -Kanchan is now a command dash that has different followups -Her puffball followup always wallbounces -Her Haku followup is the regular Haku, rather than the flying j.B version. -She has a new beam super that hits fullscreen, it's a sideways All Green -She kept the rekka charge system -She still has her old U. Litchi supers -Charged Hatsu wallbounds in the corner -
Fearless Night, New Indie Fighting Game
Urichinan replied to Hecatom's topic in Misc Fighter Central
If you put a Litchi cameo character in I'll buy a copy for myself and all my friends. I'll keep an eye on this, and good luck to the team. -
All cancels in the game have to be negative edged, meaning you need to do them early in a string. This is only specific to the demo though, as you can turn the negative edge system off in the console release, making it more like BB/GG/SF.

Shoutouts to Jackie Chandler: For destroying everyone he fought in P4U during pools, it's a shame you weren't able to beat Aigis, eventually you'll be able to take her down no problem. You're an awesome guy to hang around, and you're pretty much the only person in our scene that will talk BB with me consistently. (Naimat being the only other person) Shoutouts to LastStarSavior: I despise you for your hatred of BB, but I love you for being a goofball and for being fun to talk with. It wasn't until I got home Sunday that I realized we never fought in Persona the entire weekend. Double shoutouts to Noel in CP, don't you just love all those new combo fillers!? Shoutouts to AnnieIFrank: It was nice meeting you for the first time, the Persona matches we had were fun. You had the best pink arcade stick at FR. Casuals were fun, and props for getting so far in the BB tournament despite the fact that you hardly ever play anymore. Shoutouts to Alphakami: For being awesome and helping out with FR. Hopefully next time we meet you won't be so busy, then we can properly talk/play. Shoutouts to Eshi: For being the low-tier hero, and for actually holding your own against some of the top players with Elizabeth. Props for hosting people from our TN community all weekend. It's a shame you and I never got to talk. Shoutouts to ZomB: FOR BEING THE BIGGEST TIER-WHORE EVER! Nah, seriously, you've got a great Chie, and it's always fun leveling up in P4U against you. We really should play more, I could use the MU experience. (Shadow Labrys vs. Chie is my own personal worst match-up) Shoutouts to Ludwig Van: For using Naoto in a tournament, and for also cosplaying her the whole day. Shoutouts to VR-Raiden: For having an obscure Narukami playstyle, it was fun watching your matches. Shoutouts to DemonWindBomb: It was really awesome getting to meet you in person, it's a good thing we never fought in the BB tournament, because I probably would have lost to you. Shoutouts to Spirit Juice: For not allowing any fun, we can't help that we're all nerds! Shoutouts to Miller: For destroying everyone in casuals with your Yosuke, I didn't catch any of your matches during the tournament though, sadly. Shoutouts to Guardian: For getting top 8 with Relius, and for almost beating Lord Knight with him in the BB tournament. Shoutouts to SunBhie: For having to use my controller all day during the Persona tournament. Lol I'm glad I was able to help you out. I managed to catch a little bit of your matches and you seem to have a pretty good Naoto. Shoutouts to TheGreatReptar: For running the BB tournament, being awesome, and for playing Tsubaki. Nobody plays Tsubaki. Lol Shoutouts to Jyosua: For running the BB/GG streams, mad props for that. Also thanks for relaying all of HK's messages to me. Shoutouts to EVERYONE: For not being able to spell or pronounce my name. It's U-R-I-C-H-I-N-A-N, it's pronounced UR-ITCH-IN-AN (Ur as in bURn, An as in ANne) Shoutouts to Hellknight_10: For being my father, watching the BB stream all day just to see me, correcting my name on the stream, and for telling people I was there. Shoutouts to Me: For pulling off 3 SMP loops in the BB tournament. Shoutouts to there only being, like, one other Shadow Labrys player at Final Round. Shoutouts to all of the people who make Final Round possible, I'm glad you do, because I wouldn't have been able to make it to a major this year if there was no FR. Shoutouts to anyone else I met and am forgetting. It was awesome meeting everyone there, and I hope to be more active in the community in the years to come. (Basically when I can drive)
