  1. Good stuff for everyone that showed up last night! Got some really good games in last night and my change has benefited me for the better, I'm doing so much better in P4U and I did OK in Guilty Gear (A.K.A. I got hard bodied LOL!). Last night, I was told about an event, it's called Michiana Clash 3 happening in Elkhart, Indiana; I'll be updating the front page with the information.
  2. GG's to everyone that showed up to DePaul for Guilty Gear and Persona casuals, matches were too hype!
  3. GamePazzo Friday Night! Who's going to participate tomorrow? I'll be Participating in the Persona and Guilty Gear tournaments also, expect some BlazBlue casuals on the side! Who else is going?
  4. Funny thing is I do, every Thursday and Friday, sometimes Monday. Well, that would explain our connection problem lol!
  5. I'm not gonna say ALL connections from Texas are bad, just most of them; at least when it comes to Northeast and North Midwest USA. The only person I can play from there w/o problems consistently is Chickzama, and even our connection can be iffy at times. My best friend lives in Houston, and he has a 0 bar connection with me and he's wired, and his cousin is also from there and we have a 1 bar. Of course this is PSN while most Connections on XBL are 2 bars. I'm not gonna say it's their fault, it's probably just the distance between the states that's killing it.
  6. It's OK. I know you're a cool person, it's the location of the internet that's the bad guy here GG nonetheless. I wouldn't say a lot of work, you just have to add the Vortex Oki into your game. It's a huge part of Chie's play style granted but that's the main thing you have to work on. Pressure is OK and could use some tightening up but you can easily fix that, overall you're really strong considering you've been playing Chie for less than a week. Keep at it and get to those offline casuals! BTW, you live in New York, Brooklyn to be exact? You have the strongest players in your offline scene that could help you out there too, find out when they're gathering and play with them, and you'll level up in no time!
  7. GG's to everyone that joined my room. I've been working on using something different for game play and it's been working out quite well. Can't wait to try it out this weekend.
  8. Dear Texas Net: Why won't you allow me to 214C > 5A in the corner?
  9. Don't worry about it, everyone is free to Raging Lion online. Especially me. I can't block it for my life!
  10. I'll try to hop on, depending on if I can actually leave my bed...
  11. If things work out with my work schedule, I should be able to get to EXP Gaming Saturday Night.
  12. I will see if I can make it to this. I might have to take a train or bus to get out there though. I'll keep you guys updated.
  13. I will see if I can take a train out there or something. Since Final Round is out of my current budget I'll see what I can do. I'll keep you updated Circ.
  14. I made the change on the front page, thanks Nives! Glad to see more people becoming more active here in the thread! Also, for those that are interested, There are a few of us that play Guilty Gear and Persona Casuals at DePaul campus on Thursday's around 5PM. The building is on Jackson and Walbash and the room is on the 5th floor to your right as you get off the elevator, you can't miss it. You don't have to be a student to enter, you just need a valid ID to hand over and you can play. No cost, just bring your stick/pad and play with the others, they play on 360 there as a heads up. I can't make Mondays at Ignite for the rest of the quarter because my 8AM classes on Tuesday conflict with that but next quarter, that won't be a problem. You guys at Ignite will see me more often after that.
  15. 1st Post Updated! I figure I should post results in a current page as well so here they are: Persona 4: Arena 1) GrantLe :ballKA: 2) ShinSyn 3) Nobody.exe 4) KingOfBums Guilty Gear: Accent Core + 1) BlackSNAKE 2) Oliver 3) Nives (??) 4) Woocash
  16. @Woocash It was cool seeing you again Woocash! Glad you could make it out and to hear you enjoyed Ignite, they've become quite the venue now! If you want to level up in P4A, you can learn from everyone at the venue, I just wish Chosenninja was there, he plays Yukiko too and is probably one of the best with her that I've seen/played against. @Codename Elia: I'm glad to hear you enjoyed yourself as well, hope to see you soon at another gathering, whether it's Ignite or GamePazzo. We do have a few people learning the game so no worries, we have people of all variety of skill levels that you can play with to learn the game and help your game improve as well. In the end, the overall word seems to be that you guys enjoyed yourselves so, I guess that's a "Mission Accomplished" for Ignite and their staff right? Also, I'm still updating the player's roster, for those that are interested in sharing information, post up your information in the following manner: Dustloop: DL Tag Here Name: IRL Name (Not Required) Location: Area Transportation: Means of Transportation PSN Or XBL: Gamer Tag Here Game 1: Character(s) Game 2: Character(s) [Hit Reply with Quote and fill in the blanks, I'll take care of the rest]
  17. Good Games to everyone that showed up at Ignite for the Reignition Tournament! Shoutouts to Grant for his first tournament win at Ignite, you deserved it bro! I was happy to see everyone has improved their game and that's what we're all about; improvising ourselves and making it fun! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed yourself. It was great to meet you and it was fun to play some BlazBlue again (It's been awhile for me LOL!). Hope to see you at other events whenever you have the chance/time to come out, and as I tell everyone, you can look at the first post of this thread to find out any current information for our gatherings. I've decided to do something else cool with the front page as well; for each tournament we have, I'll post the Top 3 of those events and the top 3 of those events will have a by their name listed with the results. It's something I thought that would be cool to add to the first post along with all the current information there. Everyone knows that the next big event ATM is UFGT9 and that's all the way in May, but if something else comes up before that, I'll post up the information here. So make sure you guys keep your eyes open for updates.
  18. I can commentate if need be. Of course, that's if I'm not playing.
  19. Updated: It's been awhile, I've kinda been busy with other things (School, P4U, CP Hype), but the thread has been updated with all the current information and I intend to still use this when BB:CP is released so I'll be keeping my eyes open on this thread again for any changes.
  20. Multi-quite says "Hi" blackstar. Please use this option instead of double posting for now on, it keeps the thread looking clean. Thanks.
  21. I approve of the team name provided from my captain!
  22. GG's Zeth and everyon else I've played this week. @DBC: We should play sometime, I've gotten MUCH better at the game now, unlike when I was in VA Beach LOL!
  23. Cool. Apparently, there are other Illinois players who are planning to attend that usually don't hit up GamePazzo so it will be interesting to see how things shape up at Ignite this weekend. Sadly, Doug won't be able to go due to work. For those that do not know the schedule, games start times are as follows: 1:30 PM - SF4, KoF, and GG 5:00 - MvC3, TTT2, SFxT and P4A 6:00 - SG Bomberman starts as soon as MvC3 ends.
  24. GG's to everyone I played earlier. My netplay time is limited because of how sick I am, but I plan on hoping online again really soon. More than likely after this Playstation 4 Stream.
  25. There will be a Guilty Gear Side Tournament at UFGT9, please show up and support. That's what's up! I'll be updating this thread with information as it's announced so keep your eyes open in the thread when you can.
